This is for SGI customer service, not the Andrew insurance.The worst customer services, I was there for the second time for an ID application with all the necessary documents. Same person, same attitude, giving us the bad vibe, ofc he is not gonna do it for us . I didn't say anything and left, went to a different location in city center, everything went smooth with no additional documents required .If you don’t wanna work there , go home and enjoy your life . Don’t spread hate sitting at a service center and not helping people, wasting their time!

Everyone in this office is helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a broker come and see Paige. I have some anxiety issues and she was fantastic. Not only was she knowledgeable she is so patient. She took the time to answer all my questions. She never once made me feel like I was a bother. I highly recommend Paige without a question. Definitely 5 stars.

Asian employees were not bad, but the middle-aged lady in that office and the chubby soft-looking guy at the counter are something else, stares gives negative looks with bad vibes, and were ready to snap, probably on meds or something, and they will turn you back for the simplest thing in a rude way, and when you are forced to become rude like them you get your service done, sad but true.

Staffs are outstandingly helpful! Went yesterday & today for registration of vehicles. They did it in twinkle of eye. Also got complementary SGI Driver's Handbook from them!
