I have been a customer of Brampton North Nissan for a number of years now. I have to say the service department staff are great to deal with. They keep me informed as to what is happening with my vehicle. Sometimes the wait is a bit longer than expected and I can appreciate the fact that the technicians get very busy. Having said that The General Manager is fantastic he always goes beyond what my expectations are to make things right for all the customers. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Brampton North Nissan, the the only reason I keep going back is because of the service I receive and the backing from management.Thanks you for the great serviceLewis Stafrace

I recently purchased a brand new 2023 Rogue from Brampton North Nissan. Even though I am in my 30s, it was my very first time buying a car. An experience I thought would be a bit stressful wasn't at all thanks to the great service from Khalil and Ali! After going to two other dealerships and having people try and sell me a used car with a ton of mileage for pretty much the same price as a brand new car at Nissan, we stopped in at Brampton North to see what they had to offer. From the moment we met Khalil, we were pleased with his service. He wasn't persistent and we didn't feel any pressure or urgency to make a decision right away from him. He took the time to answer alllll the questions we had, and overall, was just a pleasant person to talk to. During a test drive, he took the time to explain all the great features the new Rogues have and taught me how to use a lot of the features. We left that day wanting to think about it. My husband and I discussed how nice of an experience it was and how we really appreciated his excellent customer service (Side note: I used to work at one of the most popular Toyota dealerships. Ive seen firsthand what exceptional and not so great customer service looks like in this industry). It was really the service (and fantastic car) that made us come back. We really could have gone anywhere else, but the reviews speak for themselves. We will definitely be returning customers in the future. Khalil and Ali assured us that it wouldn't take longer than 2 months for the vehicle to arrive. In fact, they said that although the longest wait time is generally 2 months at Nissan, they are usually able to get you a car in less time than that. We appreciated Ali's efforts in getting us our new car in a little over 2 weeks!! Ali was always willing and quick to answer additional questions we had about the warranty, etc. When we picked up our vehicle, Khalil took the time to walk through the vehicle with us to ensure that everything was to our liking. He made sure that all of the safety features were turned on for me and that it was ready for me to drive off the lot. He's been really wonderful to deal with after the fact as well, following up to make sure that we are still happy with our purchase and to let us know that he is always there if we ever have any questions at all. He has also followed up with me to ensure I was able to get set up with the My Nissan app. It's really been a great experience for us. And bonus: my 6 year old really loved the juice and snacks Khalil would take her to pick out. Thanks again Brampton North Nissan!!!

My son and I travelled to Brampton North Nissan yesterday with the intention of purchasing a used vehicle on their website. When we got their we were sent to the building beside where the used vehicles are. After a minute a sales associate was sent out to speak with us. We told him the vehicle we wanted to look at and take for a test drive. He went back in, got the keys and pulled the vehicle out front. As we went over the vehicle it was very dirty on the inside and the outside. The leather on the steering wheel was all worn away, the inside of the drivers door was extremely worn. The insides of all the doors and the sunroof were filthy. The outside of the vehicle had numerous spots showing where the vehicle had been hit. The car was not in sellable condition. As we were looking at the vehicle we were asking the sales associate questions about the vehicle. He was unable to answer any questions. As he went over the inside of the vehicle he just read to us what was on the buttons! When inside he showed us the online listing! We had already seen that!! Overall it was an awful experience. We dis not buy the vehicle as we had intended to do when we arrived.Vehicles should be in top condition when sitting on the lot so they look presentable to the customers coming to possibly but them. The sales associates also need to there to help sell the vehicle. We don’t them to walk us through the online posting. The vehicle we were looking at would have been over $25000, we got the $5000 treatment at best.It was a terrible experience. We would not recommend this dealership to anyone!
