They are the biggest time wasters, they don’t know how to talk with people. Fraud!!!!..

A security guard from this company that drives around the river breeze complex in ajax, attempted to ticket 1 or both of the vehicles which were in my driveway and had permission from the housing to do so. Resulting in an argument and the police being called, no reports or charges laid however this has now resulted in AMHC taking my mother to court to be evicted stating she was being violent because the security guard stated in court he felt physically threatened by my 60 year old mother. He also stated that the proper procedure if he felt threatened is to leave the area and call the police, he did not do this, The security guard did not leave even though he stated in court on record that he felt threatened, which by his own words is against company procedure, instead he stayed and argued to try and give a parking ticket and escalated the situation. Still awaiting the decision of the judge on whether me and my mother will be evicted. the security guard needs to be fired, disciplined or retrained because he either lied in court about feeling threatened or for not following the companies procedure.

The lady who is working there is awful. so unprofessional.

They are the biggest fraud ever. They hired us for web development and on completion denied us payment. Never trust them especially RON MAPP.
