The owner here is super cheap. He’s instructed his staff to not allow customers to use the washroom which is illegal.Reported to corporate and interior health for major health violations.

Terrible service. I came in on Tuesday afternoon to order my daughters birthday cake for Saturday. I made sure to have clear directions as there printer was not working and I had no idea what my cake would look like. I spoke to the owner and he said his sister does wonderful cakes and would make sure it looked special for my daughter. I came in at my pick up time and the owners did not do my daughters cake, they forgot. My now 4 year old is upset.

Horrible service. We've been here a dozen times and each time they get our order wrong. We let it slide because it's ice cream-not a big deal. Finally we decide to say something one time. The indian lady at the drive thru window not only lies to us, but argues with us about what we ordered. Only after a back and forth does she take the order back and redoes" it. Well

I placed an order through the app and found a STAPLE in my chicken strip meal. When I called the store, they said they couldn't do anything because it was through the app (didn't offer to replace it if I came back, and barely offered me an apology). Pretty disgusting food and customer service standards! Avoid at all costs.

I just ordered in the drive thru and sat there for ten minutes trapped behind someone..I went inside to see if they were getting robbed, and I was told that the drive thru person is the manager and was on the phone the whole time.This is ridiculous

It was awesome, it was busy but that team was on their A game. Nobody was stressed out or nothing. They work so well together, they had everyone taken care of in 5 min. I was amazed

Hardly ever visit hy33 location as I never get service when standing inside. Lots of staff running around but no one to service customers. Happened again the other day... Good thing there are other locations in Kelowna this one is terrible!

Clerk at window was very friendly, but when I got to work and opened my bag of food my onion rings container wasn't even half full ( there was like 5 onion rings in it ) and they onion were so cold over cooked the onion seemed to have dissolved completely so it was just over crunchy dough. I was sad because I went there for onion rings :(

I'm so annoyed with this location. It's already so expensive for blizzards and so the odd time we splurge and get them, some consistency would be nice. One time we get them and they are loaded like they should be... But yet most of the time we get them and for example my hot coco oreo one, has almost no cookie in it. There's some very fine crumbs a little bit... It mostly just tastes like vanilla ice cream.. no crunchy cookie in it. I pay to add stuff to it too. And they might as well have given me a cup of vanilla ice cream. Then my boyfriend's is completely loaded this time. Obviously two different people made them or someone completely not paying attention. I'm annoyed that twice I've gotten blizzards that I won't eat since I don't like plain vanilla ice cream. I'm done trying to go to this location.

Very very crapy service and even worse management.It's awful waiting in line for 2 hours in store and drive thru. Your best best is to go to a better managed store. Your still save time
