I love this Tim's. Friendliest staff around. They really like chatting and it really puts a smile on your face. They will really make your day start off right. Would highly recommend and always stop in there on my trips down island. Make sure you stop by this drive-thru, they are great people and great management

My husband goes for coffee and pastry.I am not a coffee drinker and that part is okay as Tim Horton's has other beverages and I do purchase the tins of Hot Chocolate. I am gluten-free , not by choice. They company has made no progress in providing at least one or two gluten-free options in their baked goods selection.

The best place to get your to go drinks wether cold or hot beverage and also your meal. They have varieties of meals such as for breakfast either sweet or savoury, lunch or just for snacking. Their hashbrown patty is a must for breakfast, to go or dine in. Boston cream donuts also is one of their best selling donuts besides everyone’s favorite Tim Bits! And the one and only my favorite hot beverage, French Vanilla!

This is possibly the most consistently incompetent tims I have ever been to. Your average wait time, if you are the only person in the drive through is at least 10 minutes for a single coffee. If there are people Infront of you, better not have any plans you need to get to. Just go to the one in Ladysmith.

Probably the worst Tim's on the island, food quality is horrible, line since when do they cut sandwiches in half and serve them, they don't have all the doughnuts that others do they normally just put all the ham in one big pile in the middle of the sandwich, they put way to much sauce per sandwich, Tim's corp should audit this restaurant

Appalling behaviour from the takeout window employee today Jan 25th aprox 1:15 pm. We are Deaf but I can speak. I pulled up and placed my order. Drove to the window and I was lipreading the guy. He asked me again what I ordered so I told him. My husband signed to me asking me what the man said so I signed back saying he didnt understand my order and he asked me again what I ordered. The employee said to me...why are you saying I'm crazy. I said excuse me, I'm Deaf and I'm signing to my husband. He was so rude...unbelievable customer service. No apology, nothing...he just repeated that I had just called him crazy. He handed me my cold wrap, which should have been warm. If I didnt have an appointment I would have pulled over and gone in and demand to see the manager.

I’m honestly appalled.If I could give zero starts I would.I purchased a chicken wrap to take out as we were in a hurry. Not only was the man moving at turtle speed, he kept yawning loudly and over and over.In the time I waited, I watched an employee sneeze in her hand and get right back to work, another man rub his actual nose and get back to work and the man making MY CHICKEN WRAP dropped the chicken scoop on the floor and someone else walked by, picked it up and put it RIGHT BACK IN ITS SPOT… for the next wrap to be served.This place is filthy and the staff were all standing around talking and doing absolutely nothing. I counted 7 people working and not one of them was lifting a finger to be sure the place was clean. I will NEVER eat there again. And I threw the wrap out by the way. No way I was eating that.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast on the road when we went to Victoria. Always decent food and coffee. Service was good.

Somehow, a relatively new store already feels aged and tired. Perhaps it's a shortage of cleaning?Ordering from the worker was like speaking to a blank wall. He grunted in response the second time we asked each question.Mostly, he just pointed to the screen that displayed the already-entered order items.Items were not available. The one basic sandwich we did get took over 10 minutes to make, and was made poorly.Never again. I don't understand how this place is still open!
