Red River Siding & Eavestroughs

So, it's been over 2 months since I called them and they said everything was normal just need flashing. Everything is fine they said. Called them again to tell them it got worse, nothing. Left messages, nothing.I called them to get my girlfriends house new eavestrough, soffit and fascia all around the house last year. While true, we need flashing all around, it does not explain why the front eavestrough has a extreme angle. Not to mention that it's even angled up where the water spout meets the eavestrough, causing the water to pool in the middle and overflow.The gaps between the eavestrough and fascia boards are so bad in the front and back, that it literally pours water between them when it rains and don't get me started on the end caps.Horrible workmanship. I contacted another one of their competitors and quoted me almost $1000.00 to fix Red River Sidings mistakes plus flashing.So much for the 5 year Workmanship Warranty. I have had neighbors ask me if you these guys are good, told them my experience and they went somewhere else.To say I'm disappointed would be a understatement.

Did a good job with the initial install but there was a deficiency and despite many calls, has not been rectified. Simple fix. New eaves leak in one corner. Very dissapinted in the lack of follow up service/warranty service.

Hired them to replace eavestroughs. They showed up when they said they would and did a good job. They forgot 1 minor thing. I phoned them the next day and to my surprise, they were on site 15 minutes later and fixed it. Now that is service!

I did not hire this business, but my neighbours did. The workers used my property to place their ladders without my permission or making me aware at all. They trampled my vegetable garden in the process, kicked over my romaine lettuce and stepped on my tomato plants. This is extremely rude behaviour. I would not recommend these workers because of their lack of professionalism and courtesy.

Scott and Devin were both very professional and easy to deal with. They did an amazing job installing our KWP siding and Kaycan soffit. We are very happy with their work and pricing was very fair. Easily recommended them to other people. Thanks guys Aaron.

Absolutely terrible customer service! A 3 day project turned into 3 weeks because work was half-finished, not enough materials ordered, and improper downspout placement. We were left for 3 weeks with half finished soffits, fascia and eaves during a period of a series of rainstorms leading to damage to hundreds of dollars of garden plants, due to a lack of gutters during the work project. If there was one ounce of customer service and explanations of the problems instead of us calling everyday with questions and no answers, I would have been much more understanding. Instead we were left in the dark or given empty promises of yeah we will get back to you today" (which almost never happened). I DO NOT recommend these guys.Only reason that it's not 1 star is that the eventual final product looks and functions very well."

Did such an amazing job on my mother's eaves that I decided to get my own done. Great value, and fast friendly install.

Devin and Scott's professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. Rare to find a service performed exceptionally well and when promised. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation.

One of their employees (I won’t use his name because of confidentiality) bumped into my utility trailer accidentally on Main Street in Winnipeg. He was a good, honest guy who immediately got out his vehicle to see if there was any damage and to apologize. I can’t speak on their work because I’ve never hired Red River Siding, but I can speak on the character of one of their employees who was genuine and upfront. 5 stars.
