Booked a 4pm appointment on a Friday and got confirmation. Then they canceled the day before because the technician was going to leave before 4pm. I rescheduled to 9AM the next business day after the long weekend, and again got confirmation. Then while we were on our way to the imaging centre, we got a call saying the technician will not show up until 1pm!I can't comment on the quality of care/service, but their patient intake and appointment booking process suggests that patient experience is not a priority for the business.

It was my first time going to this clinic, receptionist are friendly and helpful. The technician herself (Mary) was kind and kept asking me lots of questions to keep me busy during the ultrasound! LolOverall, I recommend them for ultrasound.

The x-ray and ultrasound technicians were so kind and professional. My physician also received the result very quickly and the reports were adequate and precise. I appreciate their hard work and professional ethics. I strongly recommend patients to go there.

I found this imaging clinic superb. Although it snowed more than 25 cm last night and in the morning, still all receptionist and technicians came to work. I really appreciate that they did my ultrasound on time. The tech and the reception are so kind and accommodating!

One of the best ultrasounds in gta, easy to book an appointment, receptionist are so nice, professionals are working here, I had a pain and the previous 3 ultrasound showed nothing, the specialist here saw the problem in the first five minutes, thank you, now my family doctor can work with it and send me for the further checks.

I went to FHMI for breast ultrasound. Staff were friendly and professional, exam room was clean and the result sent to my family doctor in 48 hours. Definitely recommend this center.

I have been to this place a few times and have mostly been satisfied with the service. Today I was told to fast prior to my appointment. I arrived promptly on time and was kept waiting for over an hour. In fact, I am stillWaiting as I write this review. Another couple arrived an hour late for their appointment and were immediately taken in! I suggest showing up an hour late and you will be seen immediately but if you are on time you will wait ……..

Attended for 9 am appointment. No technician attending. 2nd technician is not on-site nor answering their phone to provide ETA. Attending this appointment was made in remarkable advance. Coming today is a loss of income for me and lost day of work. I am bleeding out on the floor, requiring an u/s. Waited 2 weeks for this appointment, drove from west end of Toronto am am finding out at 9:08 am of that no staff are coming to work.Clinical Operations (the owner) made no effort to plan in advance that their staff would be no-show for work due to inclement weather and then to contact clients in advance this morning. Nor has any offer been made to accommodate rebooking at an appropriate time. This will require a 2nd loss of work day/income to rebook.Owner communicates 2nd technician coming in and although reports they are looking for parking, they've been looking for almost an hour despite there being a plethora if parking immediately in front of the clinic.All other customers made it into clinic, even an older adult couple for their appointments.

Online booking system is easy to use and receptionist was nice. Very disappointed with either the quality of the X-rays or the radiologist's review of the images. Radiologist report indicated mild" osteoarthritis however previous reports from other clinics and an MRI confirmed "severe" osteoarthritis in the joint. Given osteoarthritis is degenerative
