Absolutely dumbfounded that the receptionist, when presenting the COVID screening form, knew absolutely nothing about the contents of the form when asked, and admitted to having never read it... then went on an misinformation rant about 'most of the deaths are old people in homes with underlying conditions', and 'my friend died from the vaccine', 'I had covid a few months ago, I've had worse colds' etc... Should a person working in 'medical' office be spewing misinformation/confirmation bias rhetoric about covid and vaccines, all while wearing her mask as a chin strap? Have enough pride and work ethic to know what you're getting potential clients to sign, and enough common sense not to talk about sensitive subjects that could turn away potential new customers.

Great experience here with my son.He had a device a few years ago to stop thumb sucking.The staff was great and to the point and didn't beat around the bush with any questions I had.
