Incredibly disappointed in the consistency and quality of the food. We keep trying the Whatcom Freshii over and over, hoping that we will have a better experience, but once again, we are disgusted with our food. By the time we drove back to our hotel, the excessive amount of sauce had made a soup out of our bowls, with mushy rice at the bottom. The rubbery-gristle chicken was gag-worthy and the bowls were minimally filled (compared to other Freshii franchises). In addition, the bowls took over 15 minutes to make, and they clearly were not busy. One positive note, the 2 young women working are a HUGE improvement from the miserable staff that we became accustomed to. They were very friendly and polite, but clearly need further direction on making quality and consistent food items.

I go to freshii often and love all of the different bowls they have. The stuff at this location was so nice and helpful!It’s a great place for plant-based people or just for someone who looks for healthy choices!

Not one to write negative reviews but this place inspired me. First off, food was meh, they burnt the bottom of the brown rice yet still used it in my bowl. Whatcom Rd location in Abbotsford had 15 minute store front parking and no where inside to eat for 3 people (2 stools at a bar counter) so took it back to our vehicle. Had been parked for maybe 12 minutes and finishing up when some guy comes out and starts recording our plate number and reporting us to have us towed (while we were in the vehicle). We were totally watching him and he was not making eye contact. Geez! Just supported your business and they want us gone ASAP. Yet they did nothing about the guy who parked to our left taking up 2 spots (guess that is ok, as long as it is under 15 minutes). Never going there again! Mucho burrito is WAY BETTER!!

Very healthy option in the plaza with good taste. Dealt by this very polite employee Gurshit who helped with recommendations and loved the Tex mex bowl they have. Would definitely recommend

Food has always been great. Although the customer service is awfull. Enough to really turn a customer away. I feel as though they need to remove the tip option completley from their debit system. It is a very small location and you can clearly view their staff at work slapping together your order with no regard whatsoever. It is the healthier ingredients put together in a fast food manner that keeps me coming back. I think the franchise owner should really spend more time in house observing they type of customer service their employees are putting forth.

Never going back. Last time, they made my salad into a wrap instead, I let it slide. This time, I get an hours drive away before I dig into my delicious quinoa... AND I GET HALF COOKED NOODLES!!! How do you mess that up? Extremely disappointing. Tipped 20% both times. Healthiest food at Whatcom but good luck getting what you ordered.

How absolutely disappointing this restaurant has become. And not just the Whatcom location, the entire chain. Out of every 5 visits, you’ll have 1 good meal- if you are lucky. We’ve tried giving this place many chances because the potential for it to be incredible is there, but to no avail. Please don’t waste your money on this place. It’s usually a long wait for your food, the bowls come with either zero sauce or WAY too much, there’s never an in between. This time I ordered, waited 20 minutes for two bowls, and when we got home to eat them they were completely inedible. We always get the buddhas satay bowl, we used to add chicken but the prices went up so we scrapped that as it wasn’t worth it. The noodles were bone cold and undercooked, while the broccoli was so over cooked it was mashy and because it was so over-steamed it added a bunch of water to the bowl and it already had ZERO peanut sauce- like, none! So we paid 30 something odd dollars to get cold undercooked noodles with inedible veggies in a water sauce… if this is the kind of meal you’re looking for, you might as well save your money and have your toddler under the age of 5 whip you up something in the kitchen.
