Dial A Cab

The best service ever I had in my life. Drivers are very professional having nice and clean cars. They are following the proper Sop's for COVID-19. I was feeling very comfortable riding with this kind of professionalism.And the best service for out of town trips. It was about 3 hours drive and driver bought some snacks and drinks for my and for my kids. We had spent a quality time with this company.Highly recommend service in Grande Prairie AB

Had a really great experience with the driver of unit 048 he was very polite and started conversation asked me how I was and how work was going and got me too my destination safe and secure and was very sincere will definitely be using dial a cab again thanks for the awesome experience highly recommended over any cab company in town

Moe" is the worst driver ever. He calls his customer "Dude". How disrespectful!He claims to have been here 7 years

Cab wanted pay before leaving. Cab 067. Old guy that could barely comprehend English. Told him I'd tip and pay when n we got to my address. Guy couldn't put together a sentence. I'm blocked from the cab company before I could complain

Extremely RUDE service provided by cab 191. 1 star is even too high for them. I'm working at a hotel and driver stopped at the front entrance for almost half an hour.Asked him politely if I can know the name of booking because I was hoping to help the driver to locate where is the guest at. I might be able to call the guest to remind them the cab is waiting. Driver raised his voice and started yelling and shouting at me from the car and ask me to mind my own business. Funny thing is he parked at the front entrance of the hotel and block the way.This is the reason why my work place do not use Dial A Cab but other cab service. Myself use Wapiti for long time. Will never use or recommend Dial A Cab to anyone for sure.

Very professional services. I booked the ride for early morning for 3:00 Am and dispatcher makes me comfortable about the service. And the driver arrived 10 mints early and he wait for us. Help us with luggage. Driver was so nice and gentle. Fully dressed up like a professional open the door for us on pick up and as well as on airport.I really appreciate this service and highly recommend to everyone.Thank you Dial-A-Cab for a wonderful ride.

I’ve been taking Dial a Cab for the past 6 years and it is always a pleasant experience. 5 years back I had a bad experience with a driver and as soon as I called dispatch about them they made sure I would never have that driver again.The drivers make sure to remember who you are. They often will ask how work is going, family is etc. They will congratulate you on new job offers, offer to help carry in bags and are always quite positive. This is the only company I will use.

First off I want to say I have been using dial a cab for over a decade. Every friend, family member, co worker and customer I have come across who needed a taxi I have always pushed for them to use this service because they where the best in town. NEVER AGAIN. Over the last head the service has been in a steady freefall getting worse and worse. The dispatchers can’t seem to take down an address or phone number(even one they have had for over 10 years), the drivers have called trying to falsely tell me there where at my location when I head outside and wait for them so I can see them before the arrive. Today was my last straw. Had to get eye injections and was relying on cab to get home. Had the receptionist call, I heard her give all the correct information. Dispatch says 5-10 minutes. 30 min later I go back inside and get her to call back because cab is a no show no call. They claim they have called 2 times. I pull my phone and show her call history because i received no call. She gets them sending another, 5-10 minutes is the lie I am told again. 35 min later no cab no call I have to stumble to the bus and head home blind on public transport because it was FASTER and more RELIABLE than what this company has become. They are the bottom of the barrel in taxi companies in GO right now, and that’s sad because for many years they where so far ahead of the competitors. At this point with how incompetent the dispatch has become and how unreliable the service is I will be using other cab companies for the first time in over a decade and I will be pushing everybody I come in contact with looking for a cab to use any other option rather than dial a cab.Zero stars is what this company deserves as a review with how they have performed over the last while. Beyond disappointed and will probably never use this company again.
