These guys are criminals, I made a request for servicing my treadmill and they took off. I paid them $50 in advance for taking a look promising that parts would come in. Criminals. Do not ever think about using these guys.

This guy is a crook. I paid him in advance and then he disappeared. How many people will he rip off before he goes out of business? He will come to your house so kind and friendly but it's a show. He's a swindler and thief. I'm going to file a report with the police.

Bad service! Delivery and installation cancelled abruptly on the night of the delivery. Was promised to redeliver and reinstallat the following night, nothing happened. No phone call. The voice mail is full. Unprofessional.

Capital Fitness was excellent. Their professionalism and knowledge exceeded my expectations. Made an appointment - within 2 days came by and fixed my Elliptical. Pricing is very reasonable too. Would use again.

Lee and Kim are great! Called them to help me move our entire gym from house to house. They made everything painless and even tuned up our equipment so it was in better working condition after. Can't recommend them enough!
