My family and I have been with Freedom for around 10 years and in these years we have not had someone as helpful like Ralph who helped us understand our bills, data and plans. Ralph was friendly, helpful and most of all, knowledgeable. He is someone who is great at his job and knows how best to help his customers.If you need someone to help with your billing, upgrades or just want to know what deals there are, Ralph is your guy!

Veronica, the employee came to our assistance, she made sure she helped us with all matters at hand. She was also clear and concise on all the questions my daughter had pertaining to which phone would be the best for her to perchance. All in all we could not be happier with the service we received from Freedom Mobile's Veronica at Oshawa Center.

I recently went to the store with questions about Freedom Mobile's plans, coverage, and phone options. Ralph was there to help answer all of my questions and made the whole process a piece of cake. He was incredibly friendly, took the time to cover all my options and clearly knew his stuff. He was definitely a stand out amongst the other companies I spoke with. I don't write many reviews but honestly I'm really impressed!

I went to this Freedom Mobile location with my daughter today to get a new phone and was assisted by Appy who was an amazing representative. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions clearly. She was easy to talk to and was very outgoing and extremely willing to help. Great experience, would definitely go back in the future.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this location!! Ralph helped us upgrade our iPhones. He was calm, patient, honest, and of course, very friendly! He also helped us to get the best plan that would suited us and even saved us money. He took his time to explain and review everything with us too. Offers were really good, got to upgrade my phone and my plan for way less than I expected. Amazing customer service. The retail staff, Ralph, was super helpful, explained everything clearly and made sure we understood what was happening with our purchase. He also talked about great deals we had no idea about! Easy 5 stars. Go to Ralph, he clearly knows his stuff.
