More than 1 hour….!!!That’s the time you have to wait to get your turn even though this centre is “Appointment only” and no walk-in allowed…!!And this is not first instance, on an average I faced 40-45 min delay after my appointment time..!!Really slow and unorganized..!!

Terrible place... Waited for 40 minutes after my appointment time until I realized they were calling people in who had appointments scheduled 30 mins after mine to come in before me. Even after I brought this to their attention, I was waiting for at least another 30 mins. Now I just got an email from my doctor saying that lifelabs didn't even do half of the tests, so I will have to go back. Awesome! Don't bother booking an appointment because it won't matter. Oh wait, appointments are required... So their time is valuable but not yours!

Worst customer service everHad an appointment and they let me wait around half an hour after my time.The annoying part is they let people go before me and I heard their appointment time was after meDon’t come to this location

Was here twice this week and the staff treated me like cattle. I was asked my name and then the staff member walked away, didn't give me any additional information. I eventually assumed I should sit and wait.The environment is anxiety-inducing and the people lack in compassion, care, or even simple politeness. I am willing to bet they are understaffed, overworked and underpaid, but this is not due to the patients, and I wish they would still treat us kindly.

Huge staffing issue. I understand that employees can call in sick but something should be done about the fact that it results in +40 min delays to booked appointments. Many clients visibly upset or vocally expressed their frustration as we all have other commitments that we made sure to fit around our medical appointments. However, are forced to wait for essential check ups that must be done, which we thought would be done at the time we booked ahead of time for. Concerned about the fact that it seems like there's barely (if any) time for staff to take breaks or even clock off when their shift is over.Maybe some communication with the closest sister locations about taking appointments for standing orders or some way to redirect clients because it just felt that it was too hectic today.Not very non-English speaking friendly. No signs with phrases to help at registration if staff can't communicate in their language.This location tends to be pretty good, but if the staff issue persists and results in these long wait times I would recommend just going elsewhere or saving a spot at a walk in instead.

I called LifeLabs central/call centre and I told them specifically about wanting to book for the location near Patterson station. The call centre rep said Saturday hours are limited in general for many locations so it is only DROP-IN only on Saturday. Website doesn't mentioned anything either. Once I get there, I start seeing signs everywhere saying it is appointment based. Inside, there was 2 patients, all of them getting called right away. The person proceeds to ask me what time my appointment was and when I said i don't have an appointment. She tells me to go to the other location (20 minute walk). Since they weren't busy, they could have just taken me in. These staff members are very have no empathy for people and mind you, this is health care. If you don't care about people, then work in a factory or something along the lines of that. One day, you will get old or either be in pain, have compassion for people or get out of this field. Once I got to the other Life Labs location near Metro, there was a long lineup and obvious long wait. It was a fail on staff professionalism, website and call centre knowledge on providing accurate information. They need to be more flexible: if your place is empty, you might as well take the person in, you still get paid, the company still makes money, stats look better. Good grief.

I rarely give negative reviews, but I think this place deserves it.I had an appt, but I still waited for more than 45 min, at which point I had asked the staff for my requisitions back and went to another location instead.Not sure if it is a staffing issue or whatnot - worst lifelabs I have been to. Staff was not helpful.Please save your time and go to another location nearby.

I am not sure what staff here hope to achieve by yelling at seniors who are hard of hearing, especially if there is a language barrier. Overheard one of the techs screaming at one of the patients to stop laughing" and harping on and on like a broken record about bringing someone who speaks English next time. Yelling will not achieve anything

My appointment time was 11am but still had to wait 1 hour. To make matters worse, my arm had to be pricked 3 times in order for them to successfully draw blood. Had to wait another 20 minutes to complete urine test. Will not be visiting this location again
