This is the second year we have visited this resort. Last year we got a very nice unit and were disappointed when we couldn't get the same unit. They gave us the one next door and it turned out to be even better! All the rooms/areas are well layed out, (kitchen, bedroom, bath and living room). I think that the area total is about 800 sq. ft. or at least feels that spacious The bathroom has a whirlpool tub and the water pressure in our unit was great, if not a bit on the high side; while showering you get pressure washed - no extra charge :) We prefer the higher water pressure compared to the anemic water pressure at most resorts. Kitchen had massive amounts of cupboards, full size stove and oven, full, (regular), sized fridge and dishwasher. Very good, powerful, microwave oven, (actually all appliances are very good). This unit had a great balcony, (about 8' by 10'), with a nice propane BBQ.The only really downside is the living room sofa/bed was near it's end of life. Functional and NOT too uncomfortable to sit on, but pretty dated and ratty looking. (Same with the unit we had last year.) The living room chair is likely newer and it doesn't match the sofa but we are not staying here for the decor. The kitchen table and chairs are very nice. Six large chairs around the table. The king size bed was also comfortable. Nice ceiling fan/light combo with good controls on the wall in both the bedroom and living room. The fans are solid, no wobble, and quiet while moving air well even on the lower settings.Only one built in wall A/C unit. This one worked better and looked newer than the unit we stayed in last year. Opening the bedroom window at night works well - this is in the Canadian Rockies, so it does get cool at night. This area seems to be a golfer's paradise. We don't golf but you can't help but notice golf courses everywhere on the drive here. Our unit backs unto a golf course and we can watch the wildlife chasing and hitting those little white round things with skinny clubs. :) There are also deer on the golf course. (Deer and her speckled fawn - quite cute.) A river or large stream runs through the golf course where the deer came for a drink and a splash through the water just 100 yards away. Nice view of the golf course, river and mountains from our balcony and living room. There are hikes and scenic spots in the area as well. It's a hit or miss as to weather, like any vacation but the variability requires a bit more preparation for layers. This year some attractions are closed due to flooding, yet there are other areas that are not affected. While not of the same caliber as Jasper or Banff, we are getting to see new sights that are breath taking none-the-less.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and comfortable with great views of the mountains.

Don't get a b unit on the ground floor as you will be facing parked cars about 5 feet from your tiny patio. Your only windows also face that way so you need to keep your blinds closed all the time for any privacy. Upon check in we were told we had to pay a $15 per day resort fee which was not disclosed by Interval when we booked. I guess that was to cover the outdoor jacuzzi with no working jets and the men's showers that never had soap. Not much of a resort. Poorly managed.

We stayed in Late Oct. 8102 apt a&b the set up is nice but feels like everything is moved here when other suits locations are updated. The whole building feels like an afterthought. The parking lot side is in desperate need of curtains. If you like it dark do not stay in suit b as all levels have lights on bright all night long which is understandable but not good for sleeping. The bathroom on every other flush made a groaning sound and the kitchen sink tap would not stay on. There was 6 butter knives total between the two suits. There isn't even a sign to know you are at the right building. No pool no rec center. After thought.PS The pillows were terrible and the bedroom TV's are very old.

First trip to beautiful British Columbia. This is a timeshare property. Our 4th floor south facing veranda overlooked a golf course and the Columbia River with towering mountains that were to west. The services were not ranked because because it was a self-service location. There is an indoor pool with hot tub and recreation area we did not use located a short drive up the main villas. Our apartment was located next to Fairmont Hot Springs airport. It a private small plane airport and we only saw 3 aircraft take or land the whole week. From there we drove to see the many natural sites. King size bed was good, pillows were ok, but a bit thin for my liking.Fully stocked kitchen. We drove to Invermere BC about 20 min north to go grocery shopping for the week. This town has a vibrant arts community and downtown full of good art galleries and clothing stores and restaurants. For quick grocery purchases Fairmont Hot Springs has a good local grocery store and other services.Across the road is the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort and for $20 per person per day pass you can enjoy the 2 large hot springs pools. 3rd diving pool is out of service since it is no longer in depth compliance with updated pool regulations. Will stay again.

I had a most excellent stay here! Highlights include: beautiful views of the golf greens and mountains, a great line of communication with staff if you need something for your villa or an appliance fixed, and a very clean and comfortable room! If anything, I'd suggest offering a mini packet of laundry detergent for guests who stay for a week or more and maybe a stronger wifi signal, but I'm nitpicking because it's been so much better than many other hotels I've been at. I would definitely recommend!

We are here for a week. Great location. The unit is spacious. Full kitchen, that could use much better utensils. Flat TV's in the living room and bedroom. I wish the balcony was private. No brush to clean the BBQ.

Awesome place. We stayed in for a week. Rooms are spacious. We had view of far mountains. Too bad that the balcony has no privacy. Full kitchen, we definitely could use better quality of utensils. Furniture could use some upgrading. We're very impressed with the front desk staff. Very, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Pool area was very clean. Outdoor hot tub was working, so was the sauna, steamroom and indoor hot tub. Pool is nice too. We had very good time.
