Small but mighty! Great products and knowledgeable staff. Prices were reasonable compared to other health food stores. Highly recommend Qi.

The vibes here were pretty bad. The staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. I've been shopping in health food stores for over 30 years and like to support local businesses. I'd rather go to Costco than shop here again. Some of the packaged products had questionable freshness and quality. You're better off shopping at the other health food store near Spadina.

Qi Natural Food
This is a great natural foods store and it is much larger than it appears from the outside. You can find absolutely everything from supplements, natural beauty products to fresh produce and bulk nuts. The people working there are always super friendly and will help you find what you're looking for or even offer to order the item or bring it from their other location. Would highly recommend.

I used to come here despite some slightly higher prices because they have good products and in order to support smaller businesses. I went today just a couple minutes before closing time. A client was exiting as I tried to enter but they didn't let me in. I mentioned it was just for a loaf of bread and that it wasn't 6pm yet but they just said no and closed the door in front of me. If this is the treatment to regular clients I rather just stop being a client at all.

It's a true hidden gem. Firstly, the staff are nice and friendly, always a plus. This store is a lot bigger than it looks from inside, and is well stocked with most of what I need, at decent prices for a health food store.It's clean and tidy which makes it welcoming to browse. I hope it gives Loblaws a run for its money (I do like the variety at Loblaws but the prices are getting ridiculous).I highly recommend those in the area to shop here as an alternative to hike all the way to Kensington.I'm now a regular. Like, like, like!

Love this store it's my go-to for the last three years. Brilliant selection for a small shop, it has literally everything you could think of that you would need from a Health Food store. As another person said the prices on lots of products are actually cheaper compared to Lowblaws across the street. They also have lots of yummy and unique food brands that you can't get anywhere else in the neighbourhood.

I usually come here for vitamins but this time I decided to grab some snacks.The smart sweets were inedible. I get that they were on sale but they were rock hard and you literally couldn’t chew it. I bought 3 packs.The snack conscious bites had also gone bad. I usually get them at Fresh City and they’re one of my favourite treats.I won’t buy any shelf products here again as I can’t trust the quality.

they carried A LOT more natural products than I expected. I went in looking for a couple essential oils and African black soap which they had several varieties to choose from and they were all priced pretty well. they also carry Giovanni direct leave in conditioner which I had been looking for forever and was surprised to find there

A very good health food store with some produce, bulk rices and other staples, eggs, frozen foods, vegan and gluten free options, supplements and protein powders, teas, soaps and snacks. Prices reasonable and staff are helpful.
