I dropped a pocket watch off a year ago to get fixed and when they called it was done they gave me a completely different wash and it’s been a month now and they say they still cannot find my watch. So for anybody that’s trying to drop something off to get fixed make damn sure you will get it back.

Brought a necklace in for shortening. Gave specific instructions to have it engraved. They held onto it for a week. Got it back the following saturday. No engraving andthe chain has been switched and no longer matches the pendant that was purchased..They used to be good according to family..

I have been dealing with this store for so many years !! They are wonderful people and I find no reason to ever change. I first started going to their store as a child with my mother when it was located on Queen Street so you know it's been a long time ! I hope they never change !!
