We have used their plumbing, electrical and HVAC services and are well pleased. They were recommended to us by a local cabinet company and we have not been disappointed. They respond promptly, arrive on time, clean up, and are professional, patient and courteous on site. We have also found their pricing very competitive.

Had my central air replaced by Encore. Got an appointment for the install in just over a week. Was installed in less than a day and it is working well. They are also very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Great value, great service!

I cannot say enough about how amazing my experience with Encore Mechanical was. Our AC broke in a heat wave; I looked to a subreddit for Windsor, and found multiple recommendations for Encore. I called for a quote and was given an amazing price and then within two days the new AC was installed. Every employee was fantastic. They were efficient, prompt, and the price was less than I was expecting. 10/10 isn’t an option, so 5 stars will have to do!
