Adam and Lucas are responsive, prompt, professional and personable. They gave us an honest assessment of our door situation and encouraged us to stop and think about what we really wanted instead of just trying to sell us new equipment. They got us fixed up for the interim and we went with a new one after all. Their installation was neat and secure and they helped us program our openers and car making sure we understood how to maintain the door and operate it safely both with and without the opener. We would happily recommend them to anyone.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and on time. Love my new garage doors! The doors run smooth and are so quiet compared to other doors I have heard. They explained all the little details of the door operation perfectly before leaving. Incredible service from the initial contact and request for a quote to the final installation. They took the time to educate on the available options without being pushy. I was impressed with the fact that they ensured both vehicles were programmed to the new opener prior to leaving. They went above and beyond when they noticed that some of the trim needed to be replaced. While we provided the raw materials they did not charge any extra labor fees for the installation. They also walked us through the recommended maintenance with demonstration, giving us the opportunity to ask questions. I highly recommend this company, they were a pleasure to work with.

I don't give a review unless I think it deserves five stars. If I could give these guys 10 I would. Adam and Lukas were so nice and professional. The quality of the work and patience in teaching us what we needed to know was top notch. The price was lower than anyone else around too. I juat can't say enough good. They even helped us program the vehicle remotes. I would have lost it personally trying to program them. I would recommend these two 100%. Total satisfaction. That door is Carbon Oak for the record.

Lukas and Adam were at a neighbors house next door, we asked if we could set up a time they could correct an issue we had. They finished the job they were on and stopped by. Repaired door, made adjustments so opener worked more smoothly and lubricated both doors. Very polite and efficient!! Great job!
