Great company for service on commercial buildings. Their lower rates make it easier on the wallet during these times. They go over everything and give detailed reports and quotes.

I DO NOT RECOMEND THESE GUYS AT ALL. I contact them at the suggestion of my condo management company, and every time they came they left a bad taste in my mouth. The first time they came to clean up an blockage in my pipe and because they did not know the building pipe system they were suggesting that they had to open a hole in my unit in order to fix the problem. When I told them that plumbers in the past had other ways of access is when they called the condo and they got another way to access the pipes. The second time, I had a stain in my roof that seemed like a leakage and my condo management send them to inspect the issue. The guy came and stated that the roof was dry and the only way to inspect with more detail was opening a hole. After talking to him he also said that there were devices to measure humidity and that could be an option. He said he will provide a report with the details. He took pictures- but i just got their bill on Friday with no report, no suggestions to the board to inspect the leakage and basically I paid 2 hours, even though he was here for way less than that, for him touching my roof. I DO NOT RECOMEND THEIR SERVICES AS MY EXPERIENCES WITH THEM HAVE BEEN DREADFUL.
