Great store, great prices. Always friendly staff

When we go out shopping it’s most of all;to break the routine of every day chores and to see other people.Now days the new way is and will be ;Shopping On lineLike my son says;“ I’m happy to finally get out of the disrespectful,unprofessional actitud that most of the clerk’s that worked in thisindustries get a way with” we are invading their space. Don’t you see.I’m shopping -Only-On Line.”Today I Went to Giant Tiger to do some shopping they have some good dials and is only fear that everyone gets some costumers.I went to the line where the supervisor was.I try to avoid self service because I want to get some help with this packing of my groceries;because I had all really unloaded from the cart to the counter.And for me is very hard;because I have Shoulders disabilities and when I picked up 2 gallons of milk times 4 plus a bag ofPotatoes and more my shoulders get to painful;I asked the clerk that charged me $76.00not a small amount for such a small store ; why did you “helped “the costumer before me and you don’t help me?.. Without any shred of empathy,or apology she dismissed me like a flyclose to her soup. And told me“ A..No We Don’t Have To do It.The reason I am here in this line and not in the self service is For the help in packing my groceries”The other clerk standing by the self service as I was passing by l asked disrespectful and angry told me don’t complain to me; she’s the supervisor and no we don’t have to do itShe also was angry l was invading her space.

Contacted this store after an incident with another customer who bypassed myself and 11 other people in the check out line. This customer and I had a heated conversation and she proceeded to threaten me with a recording as though I was wrong for calling her out. The cashier let her bypass the line when she should NOT have. One of the managers told me that someone would contact me and I've not heard from anyone. Not surprised at all. Thank you, Giant Tiger, for showing me you don't care what's right and wrong. Way to take responsibility.

The Staff Was Pleasant, Patient & Personable!!!The Store Was Clean & Organized!!!All Of This Made My Shopping Experience At Giant Tiger Very Nice!!!

Clean location, lots of good stock, great prices. It was busy and they opened up registers to move people through faster. Love this place!!

What more can I say about giant tiger than it's a giant tiger The staff is pretty friendly though that I guess is one thing I can say and the store is pretty clean which is nice.

Staff are always friendly. Lines can get pretty long. Stock can run out for sale items at times. Great store and location. Free WiFi.

Good store to save money.Variety of stuff you need all the time is great.Great that you offer fresh vegetables, fruit and food but I would suggest better quality is needed. Also my suggestion is to reduce the amount of junk food and increase the amount of non-processed food.

Good place to save money! My only complaint is that they understock and when they have a sale, most of the items are unavailable
