Some strange business practices going on here.Like offering for us to try" a piece of fried cauliflower and then charging almost 2$ for it. Adding guacamole and not telling us it had additional fees.Ingredients were fine. Nothing special about it. Should hold its place at the food court for years to come."

M4 Burritos is a decent Burrito place. I came here on as Tuesday night and ordered their Carnitas Burrito with tortilla chips and Salsa.The Pros:Great service and hospitable employees.Their food was decent and good to my liking.They ask you if you are student and you can get a discount.They have beyond meat option.The cons:Service may be slow especially when they are busy.Options may be limited since you see what is in front of you but you can ask.They should have a sign to order here because I thought it was in the front first.Other than that it’s good that they have a burrito/taco and Mexican cuisine here. I hope to try their other options in the near future at this establishment.

Simply delicious and fresh! The staff was awesome and the food was so tasty, burrito was packed and truly so filling. I was able to choose as many toppings as I wanted and all ingredients were so fresh. Highly recommend this place!

If you here for Mexican food, this is not the place to give it a try. I have tried their Bowl and it its not even close to Mexican cuisine.Not a value for money.

First time trying this place, it is okay would give a 3.5/5.Good service, lots of options, and reasonable prices!My main improvement would be regarding the bread used for burritos. Way too thin! It either needs to be doubled or use a thicker bread. Within minutes it is leaking everywhere and looks more like a crepe, I can’t imagine for delivery orders.

As a huge Mexican food fan , I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately was very disappointed. I ordered 3 tacos and the ingredients were so watery making the tacos so wet even after the guy had tried to drain the excess liquids. The meat itself was flavourless and bland and the other toppings were also lacking flavour and freshness. The guy that was serving me was also super slow. A bit too expensive for the quality of the food, save your money and eat somewhere else

Tried m4 at Fairview and I can tell you I will never…ever go back.I originally asked for a salad bowl but upon looking at the produce on display, it looked like it was a week past its expiry. the lettuce and the purple coleslaw were brown. I had brought this up to the person serving me and his response was ‘yeah I told them to change it yesterday’ and clearly no one listened as they decided to offer it to the customers.I changed my order to chicken tacos and put the limited amount of fresh ingredients that m4 had as toppings which was pico de gallo and cilantro. Upon taking a bite, I was sadden to taste chicken that was cold, dry and tasted like it was made 5 days ago. A literal waste of 13$. If m4 wants to succeed as a new addition to the food court, they need to consider food freshness as their top priority. I will never, ever eat there again.

I had the barbacoa burrito and it was the best burrito I’ve tasted thus far. Loved their spicy pineapple salsa, it added just the right amount of sweet to the savoury.
