Excellent service, personalized training, quick and easy help, solid product with many details and options... your imagination is your limit. They are always innovating, never taking it for granted. I believe this product to be the best on the market by far... not just for it's technology but because of it's people and their excellent service.

This software is phenomenal but what is even better is the service that they provide - it is AMAZING. They are available, patient, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to people of all skill levels.

A key challenge as an interior designer is to effectively communicate our vision to a client. Clients often are challenged in visualizing how a room will really look and feel... we can show them samples and do a lot of hand waving but they often can't quite picture it... and this can make the process of working with a designer feel risky. After all, If clients were good at visualization, they wouldn't need us! The 3Dream software enables me to create their room virtually and then show them images of it from many perspectives. With a click (and my Samsung Galaxy phone and a Virtual Reality headset) I can place the client inside their virtual room where they can look all around, up and down and truly feel like they are in the new room. If they want to change the furnishings, the color scheme, the artwork, etc. it's easy for me to do in 3Dream and then they can take another look in the virtual room. Experiencing the new room virtually often sells the job: the client is more confident that they will love the result. The software is easy to use; even so, sometimes I get myself into trouble trying to do something complicated or having done something stupid -- then I call Marc or Tim and they get me through it EVERY time.

For many years in the interior design industry I struggled with how to enable clients to visualize how I could bring their redecorating project to life. I had a clear picture in my mind, but I needed to communicate it quickly and accurately to my clients.One day several years ago at a trade show I saw a demonstration of 3Dream from ViewIt Technologies It was everything I wanted in 1 package. It was remarkably easy to learn, and I became quite comfortable with adding more and more specialized touches to customize my designs. At any time I contacted them for help the response time was rapid.One of my first successes, shortly after I started to work with it was helping an elderly couple downsize from a huge home to a two bedroom retirement unit. They couldn't grasp the space and wanted to cram in too much furniture which would be a tripping hazard and unworkable.I laid out all the pieces I knew would work and be important to them in 3Dream. As I was searching through the vast fabric library to upholster" their sofa I discovered a floral print which was very similar to their existing pattern. They were amazed when I printed off the resulting floor plan and snapshots. Their stress level decreased dramatically after they saw the plan.I would definitely recommend this program.Diane Hill"
