I have been buying luxury and exotic sports cars all my adult life and I have to admit I have never seen a more unprofessional person than Nathan, I had one terrible experience with him back in the day at another dealership but I thought things would be different at McLaren after a friend said I should use them for my wife’s brand new Model Y performance which I was completely wrong. At first everything was great I was dealing with Carly and they told me I need to put certain amount for the down payments, then I bumped into Nathan when he was with a friend and he asked me if I will sell my brand new Porsche 911 in which I said no and ever since I told him that my Model Y deal started going south as for a bunch of fees that was never mentioned before and him giving me a difficult time and attitude. I would stay away from this dealership, I came to leave a review yesterday and noticed half the negative reviews are removed by management which is very unprofessional.

Bought my dream car from Nathan he made it very straight forward and paid top dollar for my trade!

It’s was a very intense experience there. I really love McLaren’s car especially the P1, such a shame she wasn’t there tho.But anyway sales executive man answered my questions very accurately and was very friendly he even let me sit and one of theses pieces of Motorsport arts and gave a special magazine with gorgeous pictures of McLaren cars, special thanks to Shaun Donnellan who made this experience even better.If you’re a car lover and you live or take some vacations in Vancouver, you definitely need to go there !

I've known Alex Huang since 2010, at which time, we were both young, I was quite poor and I suspect he was too. I contacted Vancouver McLaren simply to register my interest in the brand and I received an email from both Zane Mercey (sales executive) and Morris Lubinich (General Manager) the very next day, welcoming my interest.I discussed the fact that I was just registering my interest and that I had no intention to purchase just yet. Zane proceeded to invite me to the showroom anyway to meet the team, see the set up and have a test drive!I was blown away by the hospitality that I was shown while visiting McLaren Vancouver and I was equally amazed by the way one of the other sales executives( Adam) took the time to show a young lad and his mother around the showroom and even offered a chance of a lifetime to the young lad, a seat in the cockpit of a McLaren. My son would have loved that!Zane was very “patient” with the way I nervously drove the 570S demo rocket “in the wet conditions” and most of all, he listened to me when I talked with him.I would thoroughly recommend McLaren Vancouver to anyone looking to purchase one of these gems and Zane would be my first choice to deal with.When I’m ready, I will be returning directly to Zane for my McLaren 570S Rocket.Thanks for the experience Zane,RegardsMike Tonge

My pleasure to deal with Alex Huang remotely. Since I live in California, the whole vehicle purchase was remote. (Just emails) He does not only prove excellent customer service, but also did follow up with me after the vehicle purchase.
