This company came to our restaurant to perform an inspection of our fire suppression system and the workers set it off. The chemical sprayed all over our kitchen equipment. This caused us to shut down for the day which was one of our busiest days being a Friday. My husband spent over 8 hours cleaning the equipment and mess they created. This company didn't offer to help clean up nor did the owner offer to compensate us for our loss in income citing that things happen ". Well in 31 years of running a restaurant we never had a problem. Obviously something that the workers did created this system to go off. The owner didn't call us right away. We had to wait until after the weekend and he took absolutely no ownership for this situation. We were told the service call and the refill of the tank would not be charged to us as a courtesy. Really!? Wow thanks Redi Fire! You showed poor customer service!"

Owner needs some better manners.I was not a customer of this company, however, was at this location to pick something up from the neighboring tenant (The food Plus Company, who are amazing by the way). When I pulled into the area, driving a large full size truck, I noticed all the spots were quite small and the spots in front of the establishment was I there to pick something up from were taken, several people double parked etc.In front of Redi Fire there were 3 open, and unmarked parking spaces (I went and looked on google earth and can confirm the spots are unmarked), as well as the sign on the door said closed. I thought it was safe to park for less than a minute while I walked over to the neighboring tenant a pick something up and walk back to my truck.As soon as I pulled into the spot and got out of my vehicle, someone (who I assumed was the owner) came from inside the store, unlocking the locked front door to very rudely tell me to move my vehicle as those were his parking spots, and were for his customers. The shop was obviously locked and closed, as this was also after the general shut down of businesses due to Covid 19.I got back in my truck and moved to park behind some cars that were already double parked. Either way, the situation could have been handled much more gracefully by the person who came out to instruct me to move my vehicle, that to my knowledge was not parked in a reserved or marked spot.Wish I could give 0 stars.

Company was good. They do their work properly and on time.

I called Redi Fire Prevention to troubleshoot and repair our fire alarm system, so thankful that they wee able to come out as quick as they did. The technician, Matthew, attended our site and was able to figure out what the issue was in regards to the alarm system - he thankfully got our system back to normal condition that day. Their price was very competitive compared to the other companies we have used in the past. Highly recommend them for your fire safety needs.
