Absolutely gorgeous store. Unique merchandise unlike anywhere else. Great selection of rhodium plated jewellery that doesn’t tarnish. I have some pieces for years and still look the same. Earrings and rings are so shiny. Stones are man made diamond, it’s hard to tell them apart from real diamonds. Great bags, clothings, gorgeous home accessories, cups, plates and much more. It’s fun to shop there to find some treasure that makes you happy and your day very special.I always got excellent customer service. Self attitude matters. Smile and World will smile with you.

What a wonderful store and a wonderful owner. He was very helpful and let me take my time in choosing a hat for the Queen’s Plate.I did not feel pressured to buy anything and he showed me several options in different price ranges which I really appreciated. Buying a hat off of Amazon or online is not an option for me.

They sell unique enough stuff but the staff is reallyRude and the customer service is atoricious as well. The Asian store manager lady was yelling at a customer when I walked in ( other customers were already in store as well). No wonder the store is almost always empty! You’re not selling any absolute necessities, just ‘nice to own’ stuff so customer service really needs to be kicked up a notch.

Yesterday I visited the store last time I always liked to visit and buy things for myself and as gifts for others but the customer service person has no etiquette to talk with customers I think he wished nobody come and he is sitting free. Now I realized why despite having beautiful items store is empty without any customers. The guy first said he is the manager of the store right away he said he is the owner I don't know what kind of owner is he who likes to lose his customers. Store, open very late only from noon to 5:00 pm while Mall opens from 9 am to 9:00 pm

Love this store! My mom and I shopped all the time prior to Covid. I was recently looking for a nice tea pot set and was so glad to hear that they are operating during this time! Beautiful tea set. Highly recommended. It was also a pleasure dealing with Larry.
