Crestview Outdoor Pool
This is a big, beautiful outdoor pool. Love that it has a ramp to access to the pool so it's more accessible. Also appreciate that the pool is heated. Staff are always friendly and helpful.The changing rooms/washroom area is a but small. The drawback is that the changing room/washrooms tend to not be maintained very well, especially on the weekends and are often without toilet paper or are on the dirty side. The pool itself and pool deck are always quite clean. The grass area is well maintained and has some nice shaded areas to relax in as well.

Seems to be heavy on the chlorine. But then again that's probably all pools are like that. Also hot water showers were not working. Otherwise it's a fantastically clean place

This place!! I signed my daughter up for her first ever swimming lessons here. Let’s just say she was the child you hope isn’t in your class. She was so scared and cried loudlyFor the whole first lesson. From then on each time they had an extra teacher in the class who would help her and another toddler who was scared one on one. By the end she felt very happy in the class, had such a positive view of the pool and teacher and I was just so delighted!!! Great great service and caring!

Crestview Outdoor Pool
Such a great community pool. The renovations are wonderful and it feels like a completely different pool. I grew up swimming here and taking lessons. It’s so nice to see that they invested in the community and kept it open. Love the ramp access and quite enjoy the lame swimming.

The Girls are great at running the place but the boys are lazy and disrespectful as well as incompetent. The pool should also be open until the sunlight is gone, it's summer and we have a short one come on Ottawa.

I really like this location and it's super close to home, but it's impossible to get a swim time here. I literally try every day and it's always booked - I literally try right when it opens and it's booked same minute. Not cool. This is my only pool as I don't have a vehicle, frustrating not being able to use it.

Crestview Outdoor Pool
Our family was so happy to have this brand new facility in our neighbourhood this summer. The pool and changing areas were pristine, the water was warm, and my son enjoyed a week-long swimming lesson there in August. Rates for public use were also reasonable. Great addition to the Meadowlands-Crestview area.

Water and surrounding area were clean, it was properly warm too. Got a migraine for the first time today, everyone in the staff was so nice and friendly, set up a shade for me, brought me water and made sure I'm comfortable. They called the paramedics as per their safety policies as well Thank you all!
