She wasn't the a typical sales person trying upsell or to assume she knew what was best for me, and stayed within the parameters of my personal budget. As a first time home buyer the process can be so daunting that she took personal time to answer the multitude of questions I had, offered variable choices of the pros and cons of each question - allowing me to make the best decision. It felt as though it was a team effort and that my opinions and concerns were valid. We contacted Stacey as she was looking for a bi-level for a client. She offered to look at our house and we quickly were comfortable withher as she gave us some information on preparing our home for sale. She was not 'pushy' but allowed us to make our minds up to list withher. We felt that the information she provided and the plan she had in place were impressive.
