I have taken a number of taxi services before, but after taking a service from Guelph Taxi, I can say one thing, that the staff is highly professional and makes the process of booking very convenient for the users. Also, the driver was punctual, and I reached my location on time and the ride was very comfortable. I highly recommend everyone to take services from them.

Inaccurate wait time was given, and had to wait an addition 5-10 minutes on top of the later estimated wait time that was given. Driver was polite, but I needed to navigate them to my destination rather than them using an app. Car was clean, but unfortunately smelled of body odour. I had arrived late to an appointment due to the inaccurate wait time - may be better to Uber for a more accurate timing.Edit: also much more expensive than an Uber!

Booked a taxi from Guelph to Pearson airport for 2 am, almost 24 hours in advance. I got a verbal confirmation that the cab will be there on time. 2 am became 2.30 am still no sight of the cab. I called them up and they just put me on hold for like 10 mins with no response. Finally I just gave up booked another cab. It's disappointing to see the service they provide, especially when a customer is trying to catch an early morning flight. As I type this from the airport the cab never showed up.

Decide to use a cabin an pinch instead of Uber. After 15 mins out in the pouring rain I call back to ask the whereabouts of the taxi I ordered, Guy says the driver cancelled it. Said he called me. Welp no phone call and wasted my time I’m not so beautiful weather. No wonder Uber is putting taxi’s out of business. Thanks for nothing

I had prompt service earlier from Guelph taxi. They just disappointed me today, the cab did not turn up, while I tried to inquire they put me on hold on purpose and never answered the call, would have appreciated if they answered and told me if the driver couldn’t make it.could have saved my time . Thanks to red top taxi as they arrived within 5 mins.

Called for an early pickup the day before and called morning of to confirm and taxi STILL arrived 30 minutes late. Office wouldnt answer my calls. I was late for work. Thanks for nothing!! Use these guys if you wanna get fired for being late!

I was told over the phone 10-15 minute wait. Called me after 15 minute mark to tell me to call another company because his driver is out of town. First of all only one driver? Secondly lies. If he was on out of town call he shouldn't have told me 10 to 15 minutes.

Nice enough staff but I called my taxi at 606am and it finally arrived at 655am. I was only 10 min from work but I was still late, I just would have appreciated they told me that it would be that long ...I would have called elsewhere with no judgement....but unfortunately this was a poor experience.
