Great experience at Wong Ken's, everyone who works there are highly knowledgeable about anything to do with jewelry and used some of their styles to figure out what my husband and I wanted for our engagement and wedding rings. It does not matter where I go, I get compliments on my rings. This is not the place to go if you want mass produced items, this is the place a person goes if they want beautiful, unique, quality work and jewelry.

A client recommend WongKen's Jewellery when I needed to get my wedding ring resized. All the staff have been very friendly, and the work was done beautifully. I have since had them do a couple of other things and wouldn't go anywhere else for jewelry or watch needs.

The diamond in my 27 year old engagement ring fell out and I was devastated. For a wee bit anyway, and then I decided I wanted to custom design a new engagement ring using my original diamond and my mums engagement ring. My mum passed away when I was a kid 40 years ago and I don’t have much of her things but I did have her jewelry. It was important to me to blend her ring with mine for sentimental reasons.I contacted several jewelry designers in Calgary but Geri at Wong Ken’s got back to me right away. From my first interaction to when I picked up my newly designed ring today I was so impressed. Geri and John helped me design a ring that was true to my style and incorporating elements of both my mums and my original.The ring is absolutely gorgeous. I haven’t stopped staring at it. They are professional, genuine and kind. Absolutely would recommend going to Wong Ken’s. I couldn’t me happier. Thanks to both of you ❤️

Amazing customer service. Got my fiancé’s ring here and can’t say enough great things about their team! Top shelf customer service. Her ring gets compliments wherever we go! They were super helpful in the design process and have been amazing when we needed it re sized. Luckily you only need one engagement ring… but we will be back for other jewelry in the future

The staff is super friendly, they were courteous through out. However, I took a necklace that had snapped and had it repaired. Cost 50$, it broke in the exact same spot the following week. They offered to repair it for free which was nice, however it broke the NEXT DAY in the same spot, following the second repair. Took it elsewhere had it repaired for half the price and it has been fine with no breaks. Waste of 50$...

I was in Wong Ken today to ask for some guidance on my jewellry. I was not recieved in a kind manner and the employee was extremely rude, my being there seemed to be of an inconvenience to her. This is the second time that I have experienced poor quality of service from the staff in this store and I will no longer be shopping here. My mother who is a long term, outstanding client will no longer be shopping with you as well.
