Dr. Basma Dabbagh

Recently my wife was shocked by medical negligence of workers of this clinic. A couple of months ago, she took an appointment with Dr. Basma Dabbagh for my daughter, who is six years old.It was necessary and urgently needed to remove old teeth, since they were causing problems for newly emerging teeth. Dr. Basma assured her that everything is ok and that old teeth will fall by themselves. After a couple of months, new teeth became bigger and bigger, and bigger than old teeth, and my wife called again, the same clinic, to schedule an appointment. They refused to give her appointment, saying that Dr. Basma had already seen my daughter before, and that there is no reason for any appointment, and that we can remove those teeth by ourselves.Thanks God, we turned to another Doctor, and her old teeth were removed right away.And, as it turns out to be, in this particular situation, medical assistance was absolutely necessary.

The worst Dentist ever.Highly not recommended!Non-respectful, no sympathy and no time respect.We’re paying to get good and respectful service not to get treated disrespectfully and treat us as if you’re doing us a favour.The secretary is very nice and respectful but the other staff are disrespectful and unethical.We’re very unsatisfied and would never ever go back!!

Very professional team. Dr To and her assistants work in a fantastic way with children. Highly recommended for parents.

Dr. Dabbagh has been our dentist for years. She is the best pediatric dentist and knows exactly what to do to not make children nervous. She is gentle and caring and as soon as you walk in her clinic, you can feel the positive energy from the entire team. The clinic is always well organized, bright and makes going to the dentist a fun experience! I highly recommend Dr. Dabbagh at les dentiste pediatriques!

Dr Dabbagh and her staff are amazing, they have been my daughter's dentist since she was born, always with good advice and great service.

The staff were very respectful and helpful. Dr. Dabbagh is very passionate. She is the dentist of my girls and they were very excited everytime they have a dental check!

If you have self respect you wouldn’t go there. I went with my 2 years old in the winter the women working the front desk is telling us to remove our boots and to wear the plastic boot covering and go inside bear foot while other customers are with there boots on just because I am an immigrant. I will never go back there again and I will put this information on social media.
