Bought hub caps and when I opened the box a little pi3ce of the box came off.Not taped or anything, just very weak box. I went back to return it within 5 mins of purchase.Lady in charge in customer service refused to take a return cause of the box missing a little bit of carton.I get it, it's policy, but sometimes you just have to use a little bit of come sense to have customers comeback and buy from you again.Canadian tire it's already expensive as it is. I was just trying to give Canadian retail store my business.Screw them.

Was helped by 3 staff during my trip here. Someone in the area where you can buy soil, another girl in the aisles, and finally Erica in the checkout. All of them were super helpful, kind, and effective, but I have to say Erica is an absolute Queen. She saved me probably $20 because I was planning to buy something at another store and she told me where to buy it for cheaper at Canadian Tire. She was kind and friendly and overall an amazing cashier. ALL HAIL ERICA!!! You saved my camping trip ❤️❤️❤️

My recent encounter with Canadian Tire (Auto Services) left me utterly disillusioned and frustrated. What should have been a routine tire switch turned into an ordeal of misleading practices and unwarranted expenses. I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make informed decisions and avoid similar situations. When I brought my vehicle in to have my winter tires replaced with summer tires, I had no idea what awaited me. The technician claimed to have discovered several issues, insisting that repairs amounting to a staggering $6,000 were urgently required. This exorbitant sum left me shocked and skeptical, as there had been no previous signs of such extensive damage. It became apparent that their recommendations were an attempt to extract unnecessary funds from unsuspecting customers. To make matters worse, the technician insisted that performing a proper alignment and balance was impossible due to alleged critical vehicle structure damages. However, my concerns were alleviated when I promptly took my car to a different facility for an inspection right after the tire change. Much to my relief, none of the issues mentioned by the Canadian Tire technician were identified during the inspection. It became evident that the claims made by the Canadian Tire technician were either the result of incompetence or an intentional ploy to mislead customers.I find myself deeply disappointed and concerned about the integrity of Canadian Tire (Auto Services). As consumers, we deserve transparency, honesty, and fair treatment when entrusting our vehicles to service providers. Unfortunately, Canadian Tire (Auto Services) fell far short of these expectations. I urge caution to anyone considering their services and recommend exploring reputable alternatives that prioritize customer satisfaction and offer trustworthy service. In conclusion, it is crucial to exercise vigilance when dealing with Canadian Tire (Auto Services). While I cannot claim to have been a victim of theft, the misleading tactics and unnecessary charges I experienced are unacceptable. By sharing our experiences, we can empower each other to make informed decisions and hold businesses accountable for their actions. Seek out establishments that value honesty and strive to provide reliable, fair service, ensuring your hard-earned money is spent wisely.Remember, as consumers, we have the power to shape the marketplace by supporting businesses that prioritize integrity and fair treatment. Let us use our voices and experiences to foster a culture of transparency and hold service providers to the highest standards of professionalism.

First time in this location and was thrilled it was laid out similar to our old home location. Bright (skylights!!) clean and well stocked. It's a big store and had a wider selection of items than expected. Staff were super helpful, and it was a quick in and out. There is a location closer to us, but I despise the layout and it feels old, cramped, and full of dark corners. I will return to Beacon Hill instead, it's worth the extra minutes.

Cora, the customer service agent was extremely helpful in going above and beyond to help me with a warranty replacement. All of the staff here were super friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure they provided the best service. I had a really bad experience at the country hills store, and even though Cora at the beacon hill location didn’t have to help me, she did, and I am very appreciative. Keep up the great work!

I recently visited Canadian Tire (Northland) and I must say that the service was exceptional. I came in on a Friday to exchange a metal saw, and the customer service lady was extremely friendly. Even though the sale had ended the day before, she still honored the discounted price for me.Furthermore, two gentlemen who helped me locate a metal saw and the appropriate saw blades for cutting aluminum alloy were also very friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. Thanks to their help, I was able to purchase the perfect blades for my needs.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Canadian Tire (Northland). The staff provided exceptional service, and their friendly and professional demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of hardware or DIY supplies. Thank you for the excellent service!

I have been shopping here for about eight years, and their prices are affordable. They have varieties of products and materials. They have lots of parking, a strategic location and excellent customer service.

Worst customer service experience. Bought a vacuum cleaner from this place, open that home turn it on it was so noisy nobody like at home so decided to return after three days in original packing clean because it was not used more than five minutes. Customer service representative at this place told me upfront, We cannot take it back as this is used. You should have read the back of the receipt all the conditions. Thank you for the advice and experience. This is not what I expected from Canadian tire. I even been advised to go and sell on online marketplaces. It won’t make me rich or poor however, I will not recommend to buy home appliances from this place and if you decide, please make sure you understand every fine print detail before you take it home. You won’t be able to experience that item without opening it, and the moment you open this place will not take it back.

This location has much much better service than the one in Dalton. Plenty of staff around though they don't engage with you first and it's clear you need help. It's well located with plenty of parking but -2 stars for a terrible pickup experience. They tell you to go to the back but don't tell you the convenient way to getting in there and if you go the wrong way you'll have to do the whole loop and then you get there and the garage doors aren't open so how do you get their attention? You call and there is no option for delivery at the back! There is a door on the far right with what appears to be a door bell but you press it and wait and press it again and NOTHING! Nobody acknowledges you unless you start banging those garage doors. Now the staff is probably busy which is fair but there should be a way for you to get someone to give you your order without waiting 20 minutes for someone to finally realize there is a car waiting outside to pickup their order. I had to do two trips and despite them knowing I was coming right back the same thing happened, nobody was around and banged the doors without any luck. Eventually someone came out of that side door but it was on accident otherwise I'd still be there waiting.

Carlin was very helpful. He explained me why my order was canceled. And helped find a new lawn mower and explained everything in detail. He helped me to find with few other items. He was very professional, polite friendly and respectful. Was very nervous because this is our first lawn mower. He helped me to load in the car, which I would have never managed to put it in. Thank you so much Carlin. You made my experience wonderful.
