Had Alana as a bartender and she was so great. Always coming back to check on us, never let our drinks get empty and gave us fantastic recommendations. Such positive energy and never stopped smiling. Fantastic team at this location.

Good spot to stop. Service was friendly and food was pretty good but deliverers fast. The poutine was okay but had turkey gravy on it so it tasted a little off

Visiting from Ontario and Cheyanne took AMAZING care of us! Super attentive, on top of clearing the table, and getting us drinks when our glasses were getting empty. Hands down one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in any restaurant.

Brewhouse has always been a personal favourite for me. I don’t recall ever having a bad meal at a location, I also sometimes don’t recall leaving the location sometimes due to the festivities. Thank you for the good times.

We were in on Friday with a large reservation for a birthday. The place was not busy and it took at least an hour to get food out and they completely forgot to order one item my husband asked for. I would have ordered another drink but didn’t have anyone come around and ask for quite awhile and by then was over it all. Today we were back again with a baseball team between games. We gave ourselves lots of time but again took over an hour to getfood and basically had to wolf it down or pack it to go. My burger had wilted lettuce and looked just thrown together. Again the place was barely half full. Not sure what is taking so long in the kitchen. Very disappointed with the service and will not be in a hurry to go back.

The food is good. I didn't read the menu properly so I made the wrong order. I asked the server if she can bring the food back and tell the chef to cook the tuna since I'm not allowed to eat raw tuna because of my condition, she was kinda not happy with it and told me that I have to wait longer for that. It was my mistake though, so what I did, was I called her again and told her to make another order for the same meal and just cook the tuna instead. Then the first order I made, I take it out and give to friends instead since my husband is allergic to fish. Hearing that she was ok. More sales to them

We ordered pickup and were disappointed when we got home to find we were missing an item. After a short call, we were surprised to have the best dressed delivery man (manager I assume) drop off our missing item, plus a complimentary dessert, before we were even finished our eating our meals. Really appreciate them going over and above to fix a small mistake.

Food is great and the management are nice but we had a super rude waitress who completely ignored us. We were without drinks and service for like 20 minutes. We finally got up and asked the bar and she was rude when delivering the drinks. We talked to the management and helped us out a lot. But when the waitress came back she gave a super insincere and obviously fake apology. All the other visits were 5 star but that one was pretty bad.

Sports bar, all the way. Dark, loud, busy, a bit grungy, dozens of screens everywhere(!). Proper pub style foods: delicious chicken burger, huge and saucy poutine, good beer specials. My wife’s yam fries were over cooked and mine were under cooked. Server was on top of service - thank you! Menu is busy and overwhelming. Space lacked polish and wasn’t very tidy.Update: manager reached out to assure me they are working on their service, and offered me and my wife free meals. Well done! Upgraded my review

Table service was great, very few occupied tables, yet it took over 45 minutes to get the daily appetizer order. Would have been OK if we weren't on our way home after a long day
