I fed up with mixed my order for my kids all the time, tonight I ordered 3 honey dip donuts and 3 chocolate dip doughnuts with packs of timbitsI get only 5 donuts NOT what I ordered at allMy kids NEVER will eat it ☹️In the other hand they fighting over the timbitsNEXT time checking your order before you leave

We got here at like 11 pm. Just arriving into Canada after 3 days of driving, we’re so excited to get Timmie’s, and holy moly rudest encounter I’ve had in a drive-thru ANYWHERE. I get working after a long day and being tired but jeez at least be polite and decent I mean it is your job. The amount of attitude….

the fat women at the drive through was very rude. they have some real losers here. never going back to this tim’s. update. that womens name is brenda. ,, i found out that she is known for being very aggressive to other customers as well. just look the reviews, apparently i am not the only one she has been rude to. when i called the guy i was talking to said they have been trying to get rid of her for sometimethen just fire her. what a rude server. you can clearly see that they don’t work on tips. lol

I'm disgusted with the customer service in drive thru today, ordered a simple bagel with herb and garlic and got a bagel with butter so I went back through to get the bagel I wanted, didn't complain or say anything, just wanted my bagel, and not only didn't get an apology, I got charged an extra dollar and got lectured about I should of made sure my order was right on the screen, you guys must be desperate to have workers like that

This tim never gives the fresh cofee, coffee is always expired, staff is rude, not even any smile, it is very frustrating that once i asked gor fresh decaf to brew and they said sorry i cannot, disrespect , not a place to go, this is the nearest tim to my place and this is how they serve, not acceptable. It has happened many time now that they serve expired coffee

you replied to my comment but still havent fix your hours the dine in closes at 12pm and opens at 5am u guys have had wrong hours since covid started ridiculous honestly especialy when you cam come on here to reply but not fix anything
