I called a different location to check stock on an item and was told it was not in stock and to call other locations. I next called the sage Creek location where staff said that it was not in stock but they could special order it and it would be here in a week. Happy with that, I said let's do it. The very next day they called to let me know my item was now in their store and I could come pick it up! Great service, pleasant staff and very helpful.

We bought a cat tree from here 6 months ago. It was manufactured by pet valu and came apart at the seems. When we went to talk to them, they told us they could offer us 10% off of a replacement….. we then went in looking for a cat bed. We found one priced $19.99. When they rang it up, it came up as $39.99. Instead of honouring the price that it was ticketed, the manager said they could do 15% off. When talking to the manager and saying how it’s ticketed at $19.99, she said she won’t give it to us for that price.So between the two incidents, I highly suggest going somewhere else where they stand by their products and have better customer service.

Very nice store. Clean and well arranged. Staff was helpful but not in my face. I used the self serve dog wash. Its awesome. I'll definitely be doing this again and again. After bath bought my dog a toy for a reward for being such a good boy. Hes still loving his toy

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! Dog wash is clean and really convenient. And their cat Sage is a top notch store cat.

Great staff! We got our first dog in many years and have been going almost daily to buy necessities. She is a 15 month old beagle rescue with tons of energy and a sniffer that doesn't stop. The sweet girl at the store helped fit her with a harness on this squirming dog quite easily!

Staff is very friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in the door, the store itself is very organized, and their store cat Sage is the sweetest!

I have three cats and two dogs. I popped into this store for the first time today and was really impressed with the selection and pricing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two very friendly young people who live in the neighborhood. While I was browsing I was asked by a nice young man if he could help carry anything for me which I also appreciated. There was a big selection of pet water fountains and I decided to buy one on a whim. I hesitated for a moment knowing I could probably save a few dollars by buying it online. I decided that I wanted to support this local store that hires local people (I saw 4 while there today). While paying, Shaylynn explained all about why the water fountain is beneficial for my pets and how to maintain it. I am very impressed with her level of knowledge and excellent customer service. From now on this is the ONLY place I want to shop at for my pets. Its because of how valued I felt. I've worked in customer service for 40 years and I learned a thing or two today. Keep up the great work. P.S. My pets took to their water fountain immediately.
