Swift Delivery Systems

I’ve heard of “Under Promise and Over deliver” but this company takes their customer service level very seriously and that allows them to obtain some phenomenal results.I dropped a parcel at Swift delivery Service on December 21, 2022, during the busy Christmas season. The parcel was headed for Dartmouth NS. The owner (Bill) informed me that given the volume of parcel being processed delivery before Christmas would be highly unlikely, the parcel would more likely reach its destination either between Xmas and New Year’s or shortly after Jan 1st, 2023, that was acceptable given the volume. The parcel reached its destination (Dartmouth, NS) the very next day December 22, 2022, in time for Xmas “unbelievable delivery speed”.

Our small business uses Swift Delivery Systems almost exclusively. Drivers are always quiet upon entering & polite. Call Representatives are clear, efficient and polite (even when I'm being impatient) Invoicing is easy to read/track. Today, Jeff (Call Representative, for Ottawa incoming requests) called to inform me that a package had been delivered because he knew I was worried about it's safe arrival". WOW. These guys were amazing. Able to take my request on short notice. Showed up on time with 2 young men that were professional, efficient and friendly. Moving some big delicate equipment on a rainy day. Will definitely use them again!!!

Today I was blessed with a a genuinely awesome delivery person from Swift. He offered to load my oversized parcel into my car without hesitation and was smiling and laughing the whole time. I feel that Swift Delivery is very lucky to have him acting as a front man for their business. I only wish that I had thought to get his name while he was here so that the proper recognition could be given :) Great service all around!

I started using Swift almost 15 years ago when I was an employee for a big company and they had an account.When I started my own company, and needed a courier, they were the first company I called.Their service is consistently on time, reasonably priced, and the dispatch team are awesome, 24/7.Highly recommend Swift for courier packages, and am looking forward to checking out their more elaborate logistics solutions.

My company uses this services every other day. The office staff are amazing, the drivers are always happy and polite and the service is overall is amazing. 100% would recommend!

First time I have had a delivery from Swift and I had excellent service! I live in a rural area and for some reason, FedEx can never find me. No problem for Swift though! My delivery was on time and I had courteous, professional service from the driver, Adrian, who is a super nice guy with a hilarious sense of humour. I cannot be happier. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Staff at Swift Delivery Systems are very professional and courteous. I had a difficult piece of cargo to move within Ottawa and I was having difficulties to find a courier that could handle it. Staff at Swift Delivery Systems were immediately on it and had my precious cargo picked up and delivered safely with one hour.
