Pharmasave Broadmead

I have never written a review before but after watching the manager Lynn at the Broadmead post office, time after time, be so ignorant to so many people, when all they did was ask a question, it is disgusting! What makes it even worse is that if the customer pushes back and asks more questions for clarification, she leaves the counter, totally unattended and goes in the back somewhere, leaving everyone just looking at each other. There are signs everywhere indicating that aggressive behavior won't be tolerated". This is a joke

Just returned from mailing a very important birthday card, late as usual, and expected a high fee for delivery date. The customer rep got me the best deal with-out me asking. Saved a few $ and it will arrive before schedule! The service rep also had to deal with a complaint from a customer that had nothing to do with the Pharma rep but he wasn't listening. Great patience was demonstrated as she worked to solve his issue. BIG BOX had to be shuffled to the car. Staff helped make that happen very quickly. I'm not sure who the postal rep was, but she was working today May 12 at 2:15. Give her a thanks.

The staff are just the nicest people I’ve ever come in contact with and the Pharmacists are extremely friendly and professional. I couldn’t have been happier changing pharmacies. They make the experience something to look forward to! That’s saying a lot !

I’ve been a regular customer of Pharmasave Broadmead since 2012 while recovering from heart surgery and more so while recovering from a stroke in 2014. The store has a post office and staff are very friendly. The Pharmacy is very receptive and professional . Filling and refilling prescriptions is easily done over the phone and filled quickly. Thank you Dave et al. Your support is greatly appreciated.

I appreciate that the buyers take time to order unique gift items. The store expanded a few years ago giving it more room to include a variety of lovely home decor and gift items. Staff are knowledgeable and very kind. Absolutely beautiful store.

The post office has hours posted online. The post office was closed during hours that they said they would be open.Try calling the post office and no one will pick up. You’ll just wait on hold forever and ever and ever.Who is managing this place?

Rude and incompetent staff. Running around trying to accuse innocent people of shoplifting, while real shoplifters clean store out. Probably staff steals more. Right Rhea?

This review is directed towards the staff member at the pharmacy.She works pretty frequently as every time I call to fill my prescription there every mont, it is almost always her answering. Her tone is extremely rude and annoyed sounding. She speaks in a condescending manner and gets very frustrated anytime I have a question. I am sensitive so I always get scared to call and fill my prescription lol.Perhaps, the issue is not having enough staff as every time I come in there I see the pharmacy staff members running around like crazy trying to deal with so many things at once. I feel for them! I hope finances, and staff ability allow to you are able to hire more pharmacists in the future!

The over all store deserves a 5 star rating. The post office staff are friendly and respectful. The other staff seem to be pretty friendly and helpful when needed. Never an issue with them. I actually like this store.The pharmacy part on the other hand, is straight up rude and disrespectful. It deserves -5 stars Also one staff member maybe should go back to school since you don't know any of my questions but the other pharmacist know the answers too. I was looking for a rapid strep throat test. Your answer was I don't know...... It's not the only time you said I don't know " in such tone like I was dumb

I can't say enough good things about Jordan and Troy (pharmacists) at the Broadmead location. Both of them took the time on two different days to talk to me. They were so patient with all my crazy questions and extremely knowledgeable and kind. Very grateful for the time they spent with me.
