My own insurance company, that we’ve been with for a very long, were very slow in getting us coverage for a investment property and we needed coverage quickly to close. I called Mona at Chris Turner’s office and she looked after it all very quickly and even more affordable! We found that dealing with a large insurance company’s main office was very frustrating as we never got to speak to the same person twice. We plan on calling Mona for insurance for our cars and home next spring. She did a great job and was very personal. Thank you Mona! Ed and Angie.

Waited 3 weeks until I got a response from this office about my claim. Can't get a hold of anyone at this office. Can't walk in, instead they tell you to call the number where you can't get a hold of anyone. Left messages for each person's voice mail with my name and number. When I was finally contacted, the agent treated the matter of not contacting me for over 3 weeks as if this was normal business practice.Luckily Desjardins agents from the main office helped me as much as they could. Hopefully they address these issues.Been with this agent for over 10 years with no claims until now. Highly recommend using another agency through Desjardins.
