Took 20 minutes to get an undercooked grilled cheese. Basically a warm cheese sandwich. Weird considering it’s supposed to be done on a panini press

Slowest Tim Hortons I've ever been to. People have no idea what they are doing, can't keep track of the orders. Don't come and waste 30 mins just to get 2 coffees

Constantly have nothing I order. Out of decaf, out of donuts and many more examples. Simply the rudest customer service I’ve ever seen at any fast food restaurant let alone Tim Hortons. Tim Hortons is a Canadian staple. Be friendly!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!Nothing like standing in line with all the digital menus circling through all the food you CAN'T ORDER because the On Route Tim Hortons didn't anticipate that a holiday weekend MIGHT BE BUSY!! Fascinating just how poorly run some successful brands/franchise's can be!!

I am forced to leave one star.. we ordered two coffees with toast and they had no bread.. so they charged almost 8 $ for two medium coffees with two slices of “artisan bread” .. we could only have one slice each.. horrible .. to avoid

Like many prior reviews warned, do not waste your time here. Waited 30 minutes for coffee. When we asked someone at the counter about our coffee, they just said “I don’t know” and didn’t look into it or provide a solution.Such a long backlog of people and staff doesn’t seem to be crossed trained and some are just standing around. It’s unfortunate that this is at an onroute, but would suggest going to the nextdoor starbucks or try a different stop so you don’t waste your time.

Horrible service. No cars in drive through and waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Coffee only filled up 2/3 of cup.More expensive too. If I could give less stars I would.
