NOTE: I do not have an issue paying a ticket IF I WASN IN THE WRONG. This review is strictly customer service oriented!!!Dealing with this company is extremely frustrating. I have tried on many occasions to simply receive any kind of information possible regarding an infraction. Months later, no progress. Receiving a ticket and being refused an explanation makes me feel like I'm being taken advantage of financially.EDIT: I just noticed the reply. I did NOT receive a reason, as the person I was contacting never answered their phone and wouldn’t reply to emails. Don’t be fooled by their response. They DID NOT give me any reason whatsoever. I followed all procedures required for the location of my parking, and I still received a ticket. The person I was visiting at the time had even mentioned there had been MANY bogus tickets given out and that they were trying to deliver this information to their homeowners association.

If you get a parking ticket from them, do not bother going to their customer service. Just fight it through the city of Ottawa.You'll waste your time contacting the company with complaints, they will never get back to you whether you call or email them.Just trying to save you some time here. :)

Great company. Been around for a very long time. Funny story I actually got a ticket from them and contacted the owner to get some clarification on the infraction. Unlike the other comments here, customer service was actually quite on point and they were patient and polite. I thought i'd chime in since everyone is posting bad reviews pretty much because they had to pay a ticket. Grow up people.

Got a ticket even though I have the comfermation number from the online.

Very disappointed in how this company resolves any issues. I received a parking ticket for non-registration of my vehicle; however, I stated via the phone, voice mails, and emails that the registration was done with their recording system 6 hours before the date limit. The Murray and Murray owner claimed that it would take a whole month to investigate a recording registered a day prior and he ignored most emails and phone calls.

Extremely unprofessional. Several guest of my home called in their car tomorrow park over night. Each one received a ticket. This company is incredibly unorganized.
