Had an incredible experience here! The owner or manager of the shop and all the staff were incredibly nice and gave the best customer service. I needed to bring in two cars and they ubered me back and forth to be able to bring them both in myself. I can’t express how great the service was here, only good things to say!

Awesome people working here!! A man named Sam helped my mother and I just yesterday when we were traveling from north of Barrie to Welland, we had to stop and get our tires retorqued, when we went to break on the highway our car shook pretty hard, which really freaked us out, when we got to Fountain Tire, Sam helped us by offering to put the car up on the hoist for free just to check and make sure our brakes were okay!!! He came back and informed us that our roters were a little warped, but that it was still all safe to drive home!! Thank you so much Sam and Fountain Tire!!!

They suggested to do wheel alignment on my BMW. After four months I lost all my tires. I shouldn’t have listen to them. I wish I could give a zero. Please don’t listen to these problem makers. It cost me 2500$.After I made this comment someone called me and they told me that they are responsible for their customers and give me a good deal to change my tires. I really appreciate it and thank you for the offer.

Absolutely trash treatment of customers, and not good info. Take your car to a place where you wont get ripped off and wont be given fake info. Stay safe!!

Had a flat tire due to a nail and was able to make it to the nearest Fountain Tire (Vaughan, Jane Street). Despite being a busy day, they were able to squeeze me in and get the tire repaired in less than 30 minutes of taking my car in. Special thanks to the technician Robbie who was kind and patient with me as I was also taking a business call on phone while interacting with him. Thanks guys. You made a bad day get better :)

What an amazing experience! I was drawn to Fountain Tire because of the amazing reviews and I was not disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to return. If I could I would give them a ten star rating.

After being turned away from Canadian Tire to find myself stranded in Vaughn with a flat tire, not able to go home till the morning" when they could take 20 minutes to install a tire I had no other option but to look elsewhere. 1 phone call to fountain tire I had a confirmation they would help. Milan walked me through all of the options including road side assistance. I was on the road before close with a brand new tire and a very pleasant experience."
