Horrible! I have 3 sinks that are less than a year old, they have discoloured, rusted, and are very easily scratched even with the grate on the bottom. Have call this company to come look at them at least a dozen times, and they never come! If I could give this company less than a star - I would.

ZERO STARS - Bad productsThey marketing as lifetime warranty but the product quality and after sales is WORST !After 2 years say they cannot do something as these are older models. Older models from your company, it is your responsibility. I had installed about 8 of them in my and my client's home, 6 out of 8 went bad within two years.Better to go with any other certified product than these scammers !ZERO STARS

Very poor quality all ONEX products , sinks,bidets and Never buy there Hood fan . They charged $475 for hood fan that barely worked for a year. Very very poor quality products .Better buy China made products . ZERO STAR OR MINUS IF POSSIBLEI strongly recommend every buyer to BEWARE from father and son ONEX OWNER. Do not fell in sweet words it's just marketing TRAP. Better buy somewhere else . See brand new Hoodfan they sold us and now they said it's not there product..BIG LIERS STAY AWAY.

I bought an ONEX Range Hood 2 months ago. The staff was very helpful. They helped me find the perfect sized range hood for my kitchen design. The stainless steel is sturdy, easy-to-clean, and has been in great condition since installed.
