If I could give this clinic a ZERO, I would. For one, the receptionists are extremely rude and lack empathy! They have mocked me several times & would not effectively communicate when I would ask them to explain why they were being so rude.Secondly, Dr. Oginni has not shown any interest in our mental health needs, nor does he care to. I have explained to him that we needed help, referrals, medications, etc.We went to the crisis centre instead and left with a diagnosis & medication recommendation sent to Oginni.Today as we were about to go in, to get the new medication filled, his receptionists very rudely informed us that Dr. Oginni does not want to see you again because you stormed out of the room". What actually happened is we were having a mental health crisis and had to walk out of the room due to anxiety.Why are any of you in the medical health field if you don't care about our actual HEALTH? You all completely lack empathy and understanding.Will never recommend this place to anyone again."

It was my first time going to Health hub medical clinic today . They were very professional with their Covid protocols. Dr.samoil was very friendly and helpful during the physical exam and explained the causes of some of the stomach pain I was experiencing.The staff at the front were also very helpful and got me In within minutes . 10/10 would recommend going here again.

Rediculous! I don't think they know anything about PHIA regulations and how to run a clinic. My kids did an X-ray recently and they were transferred by the family doctor to a specialist who decided to do a surgery....Now I went to ask for the records to get the opinion of another health professional which is my right according to PHIA regulations. They refused. I told them you can call the doctor. They called the doctor and the person running the clinic and they both said no. I told them I will make a complaint to The College of Physicians, they said ok!!! The College of Physicians were very surprised to hear that being the first time to happen in Manitoba....and it's weird that they don't know the regulations. There is something fishy here and it's not the first time they do this.

Would rate a zero if I could. My boyfriend had an appointment with a family doctor called Dr. Oginni and he was looking very forward to getting help as he has been struggling with unmedicated ADHD for years to the point that his mental health has deteriorated greatly as he is unable to focus on school and other essentials. Dr. Oginni was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to help, did not ask any questions and simply said he cannot help him and cannot even refer him to a psychologist. What kind of family doctor cannot even do this? What a joke of a doctor, why go into this field just to be completely unwilling to help people in need? Do not waste your time going here.

5 ***** experience here.The office is clean and the staff is Wonderful, S the girl at the front was super nice and very welcoming to my kids. They are organized, helpful, patient, caring and knowledgable. My family and I have always seen Dr. S. She is genuine and explains all options and you never feel pressured into anything. Dr. S is very gentle and I’ve always felt comfortable in her care, and my entire family agrees too. Definitely recommend this office to everyone. I know and always have.

I am so grateful for the high quality care I have received from Dr. Silhova and her assistant Sylvia.I have not seen a doctor as attentive, trusthworthy, knowledgeable and most importantly, patient (a key attribute many physicians lack) as Dr. Silhova.However, the care I have received at the clinic cannot be called seamless without the quality care provided by Sylvia. Sylvia is the most caring, considerate, attentive and thoughtful administrative assistant I have ever encountered. Unlike most other assistants, Sylvia treats patients with respect and is always willing to go above and beyond to assist others.Thank you so much!

Doctors are great but the receptionists are simply out of touch. There is usually 2 / 3 of them there at all time yet no call backs ever when leaving voicemails. They are also trying to charge for anything and everything possible. Doctors dont even have their own stamps to make sure the office knows and charge you. There is a reason multiple doctors have left their clinic. Heck, the debit machine barely ever works. Youd think they would have changed it by now. Also masks are mandatory and sold for 1$ a piece. A box of mask is between 10/15$ which means they are doing massive amounts of profits.There is also a warning about a certain doctor that isnt allowed to do certain female examinations without another female staff present.I love my doctor but hate the clinic itself.

Unprofessional doctors, under trained, not equipped to deal with a patients health issues. Easily mixes up results for patients. Stats are undertrained.

I’ve been Dr. A’s pt for 2 years and she’s very helpful, but her receptionist is so unprofessional.I called multiple times on different days finally someone answered the phone. I asked her if they received the refill request from the pharmacy, she said no, and she refused to book me a phone appointment because “it’s between me and my pharmacy”, so it’s non of their business. I barely gave negative reviews in my whole life. This place needs to hire better staff.

Received a msg that the Dr wanted to discuss exray results. Patient returns the call no answer, leaves a message, no return call. Tries again, Round and round it goes. Frustrating. Please just answer the phone
