OK Tire

Had a flat on my trailer fixed here. Maxime and his team were prompt, professional and, in stark contrast to the weather that morning, warm and welcoming.Patrick, the technician who worked my trailer, was an awesome guy with a quick wit and tales aplenty.I do think they charged me about $20 too much, hence only 4 stars instead of 5.

I do not recommend anyone to call there for towing services as they will charge you 175$/h, I called the towing on a friday so they could towe it out of the ditch they sent a towing the guy looked at the car for 2 hours he did absolutely nothing then he left to come back the next day took the car out of the ditch within 45 min and charge me 988$ they wont explain the bill they only said they didn't charge me the full price.

Amazing serviceTo whom this concerns,A member of CAA services from bradford ontario.On labour day weekend 2018 my girlfriend and I decided to take our first trip together to Hornepayne Ontario, about 12 hours away. We will never forget this trip due to an amazing person that is a part of your organization, the owner of Val Rita OKTIRE . 640 kilometres from home my truck broke down, unable to move. CAA spent over an hour trying to find someone to take us to our destination. Nobody wanted this call. He took the call. He arrived in a rain storm to take us the last 360 kilometres to our destination, where there was parts to resolve the problem. He spent the next 4 hours talking to us, to keep our minds off the the fact that we were stuck in a snow plow turn around for 4 hours. I was as thankful as i could be upon arriving to Hornepayne, even with the power outage from the TERRIBLE weather.The sunday of the long weekend, we decided to head home early incase anything was to happen. Which it did. Just outside of Kapuskasing, the truck shut off, again leaving us stranded. The call was placed to CAA and within the hour i was texting the owner once again. He sent his on-duty driver to pick up us with the truck and took over the drive from his shop. At the shop he grabbed drinks and snacks for us for the ride to Temiskaming shores. He knew that making it home by monday night was a priority for us. He went out of his way to personally take us to a rendezvous spot with my friend.This man went out of his way on the friday and sunday night of the last long weekend of the year that has decent weather. This man could not have done a better job of representing his shop and your company. Due to his actions our first trip together, my girlfriend's first trip to northern Ontario was one we will never forget. We are both so thankful for the experience he allowed us to have through the simple actions taken that weekend. It took a long time to think of what to say but a thanks is owed to OKTIRE and the val rita location.

They went above and beyond, to provide us the best service. Highly recommend both Ok tire and Peterbilt. The service tech at Peterbilt is really good and knows his stuff.
