Great facility and very friendly staff that is helpful and explains everything prior to the procedure. Everyone made me feel at ease and took away any worries I had about the surgery. They follow up with you the next day and are available for any questions you might have.

No proper loading bay here. I felt like I was manhandled to get into the car as we were rushing because the bus was coming and we had to double park on the street.

I had minor eye surgery performed as ASC and it went smoothly and efficiently. All the staff were kind and professional, except for this one nurse, who was sharp and abrasive, which kind of put a damper on things. When I mistakenly tried to leave myself (which is against their policy), she yelled SIT!" as if commanding a dog."

Very friendly and helpful staff. Took lots of time to explain my husband's surgery in advance and post op. The best medical care I have seen in a long time.

Phenomenal experience at ASC Vancouver! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive and I wasn't exactly lucid but the entire time but I had a total of at least 7 staff members looking after me from check in to check out which was all in less than 6 hours! The anesthesiologist was really funny. :)Also the surgery bed was heated! Extremely comfortable.
