First, never had the address correct for delivery after double checking. Secondly, dry pizza and flavorless, our second time ordering after recommendations from others.

I've tried hundreds of pizza places all over the globe and there are places that charge insane amounts for their pizzas claiming to be the best and there are places that make amazing pizzas but they are busy and it takes forever to wait for one. I give this place 5 stars for 3 simple reasons. 1) the pizza is good. not the best, but good filling, hot, and good. 2) these guys took an order over the phone and said the pizza will be ready in 15 mins.. it was ready in just over 10. 3) the price was great. just over $10 for large 3 topping pizza. You can't ask for anything else. The place was clean and the guys were pleasant. I've had pizza from this chain in other locations and it was just an average experience, but this location deserves the 5*. keep doing what you are doing.

Was talking about ordering a pizza earlier in the evening and had the thing happen where I got shown an instagram ad for City Pizza a few minutes later. I'd only known them as the pizza spot in the 'other' Canadian Tire plaza but we figured we'd give them a shot and we were quite impressed. There's all sorts of types of pizzas but i've seen this best explained as similar to Dominoes. But these guys have vegan cheese. Pricing is really fair. Healthy portion of toppings on our order tonight, and the menu includes alot of inspired theme pizzas. Cant speak for anything else on the menu but the driver we had was really nice as well. We'll definitely order here the next time we're in the mood for this type of pizza again.

I truly enjoy the flavour of your pizzas.They have just the right amount of toppings on the pizza with such a variety to choose from.Always hot when I pick or by delivery.The only pizza place I would order from.Our family love the wings we order too.The staff is very friendly.I am always commenting to my friends on how delicious your pizzas taste.We are customers for ever.

Horrible pizza, horrible customer service. last 2 times we ordered pizza sucked. This place has gone down hill completely. No sauce on pizza pretty much just dough , 1 pepperoni on each slice and they were dry and old. Much better places to spend $ dont waste it here.

The first time I ordered from here it was good pizza. It was pretty fast too.After the first time I called a few more times and eventually saw that customer service isn't what this place is about. It's about doing as little as possible.I realize that making food can feel like a chore but you're running a business and your customers come first. So if they ask for double or triple pepperoni you give it to them. Don't skimp on the toppings. Because this is what happened to me. If I ordered triple pepperoni I want triple pepperoni .I'll never order from this place again they're cheap and have no sense of what the customer wants. That's precisely why they don't give you the toppings you requested. I'm absolutely sure I'm not the only one this has happened to.Don't order from here.

Excellent service. Great tasting pizza. Priced perfect. We got 80 pizzas made in heart shaped and all the staff loved it, highly reccomend this pizza restaurant in Guelph Ontario

I really like the pizza but the service needs alot of work I called in my order that I had to repeat 3 times and when I get there to pick it up and they never made it because someone else had and order with my same name different order just same name so they never mine so I had to wait for them to make it. I paid and the never even offered a discount of any kind not even a free dip. When I ran a a restaurant I would always make sure my customers were happy no matter what.

The food tastes great. They catered my son's birthday party in September and the food was ready on time and for a great price. We stopped ordering from them for a while because delivery was so slow, but it was a reasonable amount of time our most recent order.
