Jacob is extremely professional, prompt and fair. He responded to my initial call same day(within 2 hours) - arrived when he said he would - gave me an initial estimate. After Jacob started the job, he informed me of his professional opinion - which meant stopping the current job- assessing and determining cost benefit analysis . We ended up ordering new garage doors (thought we had another year - but the old wooden doors decided to tap out earlier than we expected). Jacob knew i wanted the new doors quickly(1-2 weeks) and was able to accomodate my timeline and my wife's - colour and style preferences. Highly recommend Jacob for any job - large or small.

They are great and do quality work.. I Needed to install an opener fresh install and due to my work schedule, I couldn’t do it at regular times. they accommodated me and I was able to get it done late at night !I’d recommend to everyone :)

I am happy overall with the job that Jacob Levy garage doors did. Not full 5 stars as the delivery was delayed for a couple weeks but installation was very efficient and I was given a good walk through of the setup. The products are exactly what I ordered.

Garage door opener was on its last legs and broke this morning. Jacob came within a couple of hours--changed the opener, added tension the garage door springs, and replaced all of the rollers quickly and efficiently. Awesome service and very reasonable pricing.
