We recently had our final set of windows installed by Golden Windows Ltd, and once again, we had a great experience and would highly recommend them. The installation was completely quickly and efficiently.The installers Jorge and Horaceo were friendly, followed COVID protocols, and were respectful of our flooring and carpeting when moving throughout the house (used floor runners to protect our flooring). We are very happy with the quality of the windows and the installers attention to detail when installing the windows, trim, flashing, caulking, and etc.One recommendation is that when the windows are fully installed that both the inside and outside of the windows be cleaned, as this would have saved us over an hour of cleaning. However, this would not stop me from using Golden Windows Ltd. for future window installations.Call Golden Windows Ltd. and you will see for yourself.

Great service originally but at the end communication was an issue Nice people but as mentioned had to replace 10 windows and a warped door and between assessment , ordering and replacement there was a significant breakdown in communication

After receiving quotes from various window companies, my wife and I chose Golden Windows.The installers, Jorge and Horacio, were friendly and very respectful of our flooring and carpeting, routinely using runners throughout our house. In addition, they continually followed COVID protocols, ensuring the safety of both themselves and my family.My wife and I are pleased with the quality of the windows. Furthermore, the attention to detail from Jorge and Horacio was tremendous. I have no problems recommending Golden Windows to future buyers and if you are in Kanata, ask for Jorge and Horacio as your installers; you won't be disappointed.

I was committed in buying 27 windows, patio door and front door from the Kanata branch. After three weeks of calling and emailing I never heard back from the branch manager". Last conversion I had he was to fix the errors on the quote and get the windows into production. This was three weeks ago and still no response. I went with a different supplier and finalized the deal in 2 hours."

The whole experience with Golden Windows warranted a review.I requested quotes from 5 companies which narrowed to only a couple to continue with. So they are price competitive.From the onset, they were extremely helpful consulting through the process, ultimately arriving at the exact look / efficiency we were striving for.The windows arrived and installed on time. The quality is above our expectations.Cherry on top for me, is the post sale service. Our 8 year old managed to crack a window being an 8 year old. We had a replacement installed way faster than I could have hoped for. Honestly... start to finish, they are a great company to work with. I'm building another custom home in the spring, and Golden will be my window supplier again.

My experience started in the spring trying to get a quote on having a 'Golden' brand window replaced. A service person came to the house and then I never heard back. I called the office several times over a couple months and was treated very politely and told each time someone would get back to me. There was never a return call. Finally on the last call I said 'Hey, if you don't want the business just let me know. I'm ok with that. I'll find another solution. I was told they wanted the business and would get back to me. No one got back to me. I was in no hurry so a couple of weeks later I thought I'll try the main office in Southern Ontario. Again I was treated very nicely on the phone. The person I was chatting with indicated that she had found the original archived order for the house and I gave her measurements over the phone. She even gave me a file number for future reference. She said it might take a couple of weeks but that was OK from my end. I wasn't in a hurry. After not hearing back for a couple of months I thought I'll try once more. I called and left a message and haven't heard back. On to a new solution."

I was called in advance by, Jorge and was informed that the timely delivery would be today as promised when the order was made. Jorge was punctual and extremely efficient, caring, responsible, friendly, professional, kind, diligent, thorough and clean. He is most skilled and I would appreciate his return in the future for installations at our home. I am enormously impressed with the quality of work as the installation was quite complicated.
