No stars here, the equipment they sold us does not work well, they have come back multiple times with weeks in-between each visit, instead of working until the equipment works. It is 3 months after the deadline and still not operating correctly. They either bid on something above their ability, are so unorganised that they can't plan the jobs properly or they did little research and the equipment they specified ensuring us that it worked with existing systems won't. In any even they have not fulfilled the contract causing severe time delays with financial implications to our buisness. Whether it is an organizational problem or knowledge deficit on Delco's part, apologies dont put money back in out pockets, solutions do and they appear unwilling to put the consistent effort in; as the stuff does not work and they have used up almost a third of our peak season. Think before you use this buisness as our experience has not been positive.
