I was in there today and it has to be one of the slowest starbucks ever! very disappointing. there was no one waiting to get there order taken and i lined up with my order in mind and there just sitting there not even acknowledging me at all after about 15 minutes or so these 2 ladies were fighting about who wanted to take my order because none of them wanted to do it. horrible service.

Waited 20 minutes for a soy chai latte... I understand waiting 5 minutes, maybe 10. 20 minutes was excessive.

I like this location, I have been here several times and the staff has always been friendly, the place is clean, and parking is easy to find.

Go a venti iced caramel macchiato and asked for it to be stirred and whe i got to the window ate the drive through they tryed to hand me the drink and it was clearly not stirred so i told them i ask for it to be stirred and the girl told me it was and thay can get me a stirred stick look at the pictures its clearly not stirred

Slow, understaffed. Paid then waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee today and ended up leaving without my coffee so I wasn’t late for work. Definitely need to have more staff working for the amount of customers that come through both the store and drive through. Terrible service
