Based on other reviews, seems like this is something this location in particular struggles with.Called on Thursday (Oct. 13th) about getting a set of winter tires with rims.The man who answered was rude and condescending (At the beginning of our conversation I hadn't yet mentioned which vehicle I had or the size of tire, so he cut me off in mid sentence to tell me There are 1000s of tires you know.." and began to just list a pile of brands and sizes off to me

We called first thing on a Saturday to get two flats fixed on my work truck. We could have easily just brought it to Brandon but they said they could do it in the afternoon. After waiting in town for over 4 hours we had to call again to find out they didnt actually do it at all. So instead of being able to take the truck somewhere that fixed it, it sat at thier shop all day not getting fixed so they could tell me at the end of the day i am SOL. No courtesy call to say it wasn't going to get done or anythine.If they had just said they didn't have time we could have gone somewhere else, but they let it sit in front of the shop all day to tell us at the end of the day when everywhere else is closed for the weekend to let us know they wherent going to even look at it.

Excellent Service. The owner did our work for us on short notice on a Saturday. They had our tire in stock and we were on the road in no time. Highly recommend this place. Good coffee that was complimentary. The owner also had a look at our altenator and ac cpmpressor for no extra charge and gave us an opinion. How many shops do you know of that will have a look at something you ask them to and not charge you for it? These guys did. Very satisfied overall with my experience at this Integra location.

Phoned them for a set of rims for my Tahoe and they said they would get to back to me. Waited a week then called again and no one knew about rims so reordered rims and been over two months now with no reply back . Terrible service !!!

Went there to get a fuel filter change, they bent the fuel line, and then charged me to fix their error.

I had immediate service and was helped to choose rims tires with everything I needed within minutes! I love pain-free shopping where someone does the research and thinking for me! Tire shopping and maintenance at the finest! Thank you

Great service, bought winter tires on the MPI program, very easy, thank you to the guy I dealt with, very thorough gave me lots of choices and his honest opinion on what to get. Can’t wait for the snow to fall to test them out. Will be back!

Driving through Virden on our cross-country road-trip, the tire warning light came on our camper van. Saturday afternoon, so we were in a bit of a panic! Pulled into Integra Tire and Jerry had us back on the road in no-time! This was our second positive encounter in Virden. We will remember the kindness and consideration we received in Virden! Thank you!

(Review by Adam) We always get great service at this location. In return for my tire business, they often don't charge for little things (such as patching a nail puncture in my tire today). They store my all-season tires when it is time to swap for the winter tires (and vice-versa), they have great hours and I feel like the staff and ownership truly care about the customer. They are a model of great customer service.

Staff are great. Friendly, knowledgeable and quick service. Best place to get tires, oil changes, etc!
